Aaron was taking of me yesterday and he was amazing! He was so friendly and assisted me to get good price. Honestly, I’ve never felt good everytime when I visit the dealer shop to buy a car, but yesterday, I felt comfortable. :) Also, for me, Genesis is the one of the underrated brand. It has great option/package with reasonable price. I used to prefer Japanese car but I can say that Genesis/Hyundai is more reliable and they have really great option with same price. I got GV70 and it looks gorgeous!!!! Store was also so clean and looked organized everything. If I have to buy another car later, I’d like to visit Genesis Round Rock. Thank you all!

This was the worst service experience that I have had with any dealer in 60 years of owning and driving cars. Bought the car on 4/13/2023, took it to Genesis of Round Rock for warranty service on 6/2/2023. Picked the car up 9/19/2023, 109 days later. When I ask the service manager why the repairs took so long he tells me there are cars that have been there longer than mine! Drove home 10 miles and the car goes into limp mode and is towed back to the dealer service department the next morning. I was told there was a recall on the fuel pump and the car would be ready 9/25/2023, some 6 days later. On 9/24/2023 a hail storm totals the car while waiting at the dealer for the repair. I was able to drive this $70,000 car for 50 days, took it to the dealer for warranty repairs and 115 days later the car was destroyed. They claim supply chain problems, but I believe their parent organization has not supported their parts and service departments at a rate that matched the volume of new cars they are able to sell. Genesis cars are beautiful and an incredible bargain, but if you every have to get one serviced, you will be in for a big disappointment.

This review is for the Sales department and the website.- First, we drove up from Austin to test drive one of their SUVs. We looked on their website to check availability and saw ample vehicles so we made the treck up. When we arrived it turned out that the website doesn't show on the lot inventory and they only had one GV70 in the 3.5T.- Second, the sales rep was not helpful in terms of when or if they would let us know when they had a GV70 in the trim we wanted on lot. It was almost as if they didnt want to sell us a car.- Third, the sales rep did not engage my wife and exclusively spoke to me.- Fourth, there is no standalone Genesis dealership it is a Hyundai dealership. We spoke to one rep who said he couldnt help us look at the Genesis. So this Google Entry is misleading.We were exploring the brand for the first time but this experience has put a real pause on that. Super unfortunate for Hyundai / Genesis as they try to increase popularity for this brand.

Had my first oil change and maintenance check today. My experience was great! Since I don't live close by the dealership, I had to stay there while the service work was being done. They told me it would be approximately 2 to 3 hours and 2 1/2 hours later I was ready to go. Their new waiting lounge was very comfortable and everyone I encountered was extremely nice. Good job y'all!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Adel is one of the best salesmen I have ever met. Knowledgeable no pressure sales. He really wants to place you in the best vehicle for your needs. Highly recommend.

If you are purchasing a vehicle from out of state and want your state tags in a timely manner, keep looking. These folks do not know what they are doing when it comes to getting out of state purchases complete. Not that hard really. We filled out the paperwork and paid the fees. They send them to the state and presto, tags arrive in mail. After almost 3 months the state has yet to hear from Round Rock Genesis. I was assured a couple weeks ago this was being resolved. No such luck.

First time coming to Genesis of Round Rock and buying me and my wife's first Genesis. As soon as you walk it, it feels welcoming and their front desk service is very nice. Our sales person was Ty. Not only was he very warm, welcoming and wonderful, but he's also charismatically knowledgeable and detailed with every answer he had for all my questions regarding the GV70 that I was interested in. The experience of being warmly gifted some very nice items as their token of appreciation and being congratulated before driving off in our new 2023 GV70 Prestige left me with such a great impression, I'm for sure coming back here if I'm ever going to purchase another Genesis vehicle in the future. I highly recommend going to Genesis of Round Rock and asking for Ty if you're deciding on getting a Genesis and wanting to know every detail about your Genesis vehicle of choice, because Ty definitely knows it all. If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd rate it 10/5 stars!

My overall experience in buying my GV 80 has not been the best. Although it's a pretty car and I love it, from sales to service it is severely lacking. This review will focus on Service. I took my car in for its first service and was told that there was a issue/bulletin whatever you wanna call it about the differential. I met with one of the service advisors who immediately told me they knew what was wrong with my car, and that if I didn't need a rental, it would take less time to fix- 2 weeks. I made an appointment which took two weeks from when I originally went in and on August 23 I dropped off my car, thinking it would be fixed within the two week window committed. I have made numerous calls that have gone unreturned and sent emails with no response to get a status on my car . I was finally fed up and went over there today and demanded an answer. I was told they would be looking at it for the first time since they received it on August 23rd next Tuesday (9/12) basically three weeks after I dropped it off. It is unacceptable. Not to mention, I'm borrowing a car from someone who only had the intention of loaning it to me for two weeks that I have also now inconvenienced.. The true testament to me of a car dealership is if they are true to their word, provide great care and actually care about their customer's experiences. I am not feeling like Genesis cares about me, my car, or the inconvenience that they have now presented. I guess on Tuesday I will find out how much longer I will be without the use of my vehicle.Update: Got my car back but work still not complete. Waiting on a phone call for when they get parts. Let's see how long that takes. I'm not optimistic. Talked with the Service Manager felt that he listened but nothing was really going to change. Lots of apologies but the proof will be changed behavior and execution for better customer service.

I had an amazing experience at Genesis Round Rock! Rick, the salesperson, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the Genesis GV70. He guided me through the entire purchasing process with patience and enthusiasm, making sure I got the perfect car for my needs. The dealership itself had a welcoming atmosphere, and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I'm thrilled with my new GV70 and would highly recommend Genesis Round Rock and Rick to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience.

If ur expecting your premium car to be washed before they return it to you, forget it! Happened a second time, especially after mentioning they didnt wash the car the first time.Also be prepared to deal with a fair bit of apathy over the phone and dont opt for valet pickup if you can!I had an appointment for the 21st of this month which was scheduled almost 2 months before. No one came to pick up the car, no update from the showroom. I called them 4 times over the last week, each time getting the message that someone will call me back. I got one call back, explained what my issue is, they said they will call back and then nothing!Seems like you can get a proper response only when you get there in person and talk to someone irl.The 2 stars are only for the sales department who are great and Victoria who helped me get a canceled slot for service yesterday.

As most know, you only have one opportunity to make a good first impression, regrettably, the Genesis Concierge service has failed miserably.On balance, I would give my 2024 GV80 Prestige 5 stars, it's an awesome SUV. Moreover, the sales staff were wonderful at concluding my purchase.Where everything falls apart at this dealership is communications. During the sales portion, I left a number of messages for my salesman, but none were passed along. This was to foreshadow my first experience with the Concierge Service.Knowing my GV80 would be needing its first service soon, and understanding that things were backed up a bit at the dealership, I scheduled my concierge service for a pick up at my home about 6 weeks in advance and confirmed my address with the scheduler. Three days before pick up, I received an e mail from RR Genesis reminding me of my cars pick up at 11 am on Monday, super I thought. WRONG! At 11:25 I called the dealership to find out if the pick up crew were comming. No answer from service; tried again at 11:30, the receptionist physically passed the message to service and promised a quick call back...nothing, I called again at 11:45, no answer from service. at noon i called the general manager Mike Willams and left him a message about my issue; No call back! Eventually I got ahold of the scheduler who although very pleasant, had no idea why my car was not picked up. We then agreed to have the car picked up by 4:30, then told the car would be picked up by 3:30 which required me to leave in outside in the hot sun with the keys on the seat. 3:30 came and went no pick up? 4:00 no pick up. Finally sometime between 4:20 and 5;00pm the car got picked up. A whopping 5.5 hours from scheduled time!If the above is any indication of how service and communications will be handled in the future by this dealership, the GV80 will be my last Genesis!!

Buying a new car is a task that is time consuming and not always fun until you drive it off the lot, but the people at Genesis, especially Marcus Lee was top knotch! I will do it again! Oh, and the Genesis GV80 is fabulous! No more Mercedes for me!
