Kindercare was a very positive experience for our son who attended this lovely daycare from six months to 13 months of age. We were thoroughly impressed by the clean/bright facility and exceptional staff, particularly Ms. Madison, Ms. Kelli, and Ms. Angela.Ms. Madison, our son's favorite teacher, is an absolute gem of a human! Her enthusiasm, extensive knowledge, sense of humor, and nurturing approach were incredibly appreciated. She treated our son like her own, leading with kindness and providing a joyous environment for learning. We were extremely grateful for her playful demeanor, eagerness to share helpful child development tips, frequent updates/milestone tracking, and ability to capture our son's smiliest moments via photos and videos. The support from Ms. Kelli and Ms. Angela was incredibly helpful and approachable as well. Their hands-on leadership style added to our confidence in the standout care our son received. We loved Kindercare's app which seamlessly chronicled feeding and diapering updates, shared ample photo/video updates throughout the day, and made it easy to communicate with teachers and staff. What truly stood out were the class parties and gatherings, like the Valentine's Day celebration, St. Patrick's Day gathering, and Easter egg hunt. The fact that parents were encouraged to join in made the experience more special. The frequent art projects, sensory play, water activations and creative programming offered a fantastic environment for our son's development and socialization. We are deeply grateful to the entire Kindercare team for the incredible care and wonderful experiences they provided for our infant. We highly recommend Kindercare to any parent seeking a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for their little one's early development!

I love this place. After having my daughter the anxiety of sending her off to daycare overwhelmed me, as it does every other mom. The first day I took her Ms. Madison welcomed her in with open arms. She called me throughout the day to update me and to help ease the first time mom jitters. My daughter has been here since she was 6 weeks old. I must say she LOVES IT. She lights up when she sees her teachers Ms. Alaina, Ms. Kallie and Ms. Madison. All of the staff have been extremely professional and kind. Everyone is amazing and I can't thank them all enough for doing all that they do!!

I am delighted with this school and with everyone from the management to my baby's teachers Mrs. Sandra and Mrs. Precious, the dedication they have with the children all the time they are teaching and educating them. I am very happy to have found this school ❤️. They are all very pretty, and the school also has large classrooms, the playground is so big that it has many toys, my baby doesn't want to go home when I go to pick her up, she has a lot of fun . I can't fail to mention the director Bivi, she and her assistants are all lovely, the lady who works in the kitchen is all of them.❤️

This is an excellent facility. The teachers and staff are caring and conscientious. Many at this facility have been here for years unlike the revolving door of teenagers some other daycares employ. The teachers and curriculum accommodate and work WITH different personalities and attitudes and age appropriate behavior. Ms Susie really is a potty training wizard.

I would give negative stars, but unfortunately not an option. By far the worst experience I've ever had with childcare. The turnover rate with teachers is wild! There was rarely consistency between the teachers and aids. Then management was horrible. The main one, in particular, was assistant director Angela D. She coached my daughter into lying to me about an incident where another kid dragged her on the floor to the point where it looked like she had a severe burn on her back and removed the skin from her upper lip, which was busted, saying she just played and fell. When confronted, Angela continued to lie instead of owning that she prompted my child to lie about the situation. Lindsey was useless in knowledge and provided minimal resources. One teacher's aide, Demi, regularly told my daughter she didn't like her. On top of my son's teacher, Anna, "forgot" to feed my son for a full day... then when questioned said she forgot to log his food, but then no other teacher or aide had been in the room noticed his chart empty. Then she passively aggressively overfilled my 1yr olds plate with food, overwhelming him with too many options, enough to feed a grown man.Mind you; this happens from March to the end of May. We have since then withdrawn. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My kids consistently had were Ms. Sandra and another aide that looked out for my children. Dealing with children is not for the faint-hearted. Hire people who genuinely care, not just look for the next check. But then again, if management is not excellent, it trickles down to the faculty. No one from corporate had called back or followed up on the reports filed. Please do your research upon sending your child to any facility. This, for us, happened to be the worst one. And would never go back.

Definitely would not recommend this place for childcare as I was a former teacher here. Management is a joke very understaffed, i witnessed to much neglect/abuse. Not to mention abuse of the staff. Within the first week working here 3 ppl walked out and quit. I was hired on at 7/8 mths pregnant, the director said she was “unaware” I was pregnant ?? Which was a lie they hired me quick only to fill much needed spots. I had to have a lot of bathroom breaks due to my pregnancy just to be told I need permission and must wait until someone comes relieves me!! Which was at most 30min. I was so physically/emotionally drained from this place in just one week. It break my heart to leave as I wanted to provide care and protect all the babies being neglected. I even got yelled at by another teacher for picking up a screaming baby too much! I will always attend to babies crying this place just lets them scream and scream. Not enough staff and they overpopulate the rooms. The teacher to kid ratio is outrageous. Not mentioning putting older kids with the infants that bite the younger ones that are helpless. Stay far away from this place as a parent and employee

I would give negative stars, but unfortunately not an option. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with childcare. The turnover rate with teachers is nuts! There was rarely consistency between the teachers and aids. Then management was horrible. The main one, in particular, was assistant director Angela Dixon. Today morning we had an appointment at Kinder care Round Rock location @11:00 with Amy Barker ( Center director). First we we’re waiting at the door 3 minutes nobody responded. Then Amy walked out let us in and made us wait for another 5 minutes. She toured only the toddler class while any school tour we should be able at least view the playground and the corridor areas. This was the fastest tour we had to the place it was for 7 minutes totally. Not happy with the director and the communication skills she was just waiting to chase us. Please watch out before you go to the Round Rock location.

I have to say I did not have a good experience in a scheduled tour at Round Rock KinderCare after having such a nice tours at other daycares. Probably their system was not working, they were having so much trouble scheduling a tour. Before the tour I get a voice message that they have an availability next month and when I called them back they say it is only available after January [which is after 4 months]. After I schedule a tour via phone call, I sent an email confirming the tour time [was never contacted]. I arrive there 15 min earlier than my scheduled time, nobody was at the door. A technician who is working on their system comes to me and says he can't open the door and I will have to call them. Waited for no longer than 5 min and then when I go for a tour, one of them says the tour is for other age group and not mine and asks me if I had the appointment. I feel glad that I had sent an email for confirming the appointments and was able to assert that I even send an email and they never confirmed. The tour lasted no more than 2 min; showed me the room, handed me the book, said there is no availability for next 4 months and that was it. It seemed to me that they were seriously understaffed and had other business to finish than giving me a tour. I had to ask how many student per teacher was assigned and they were at 22 students and 2 teachers [just 2 shy of Texas limit].The reasons we wanted to tour this day care were because it was right on my wife's commute and my workplace gave me a discount via perks at works for this daycare.

It was a total disaster sending our daughter to Kindercare Round rock. Please do a thorough research before sending your kid to round rock franchise of Kinder care.Every week my daughter went there she got sick(they have a very lame policy to look after/isolate sick kids, so it's easy for your kid to get infection from others). They don't care much if kid is not eating, my daughter didn't had anything throughout the day and they told us at the end of the day in daily summary email(it was early adjustment days for my infant but how can they let her not eat anything for 8 hours without informing parents on urgent basis).Third, my daughter was a happy go kid, and after she started to go there, she became more insecure, always sad and crying, became too introvert and shy.Overall may be its good for toddlers, but lack empathy for infants.

My daughter has gone here back-and-forth for the last four years due to me working and me not working. I can see she is in the pre-K right now with Mr. Ariel and Ms. Dani! Talk about the two best teachers I've had in a long, long time. They are amazing. I appreciate both of them so much and let me tell you, I don't think I would be at the school if I didn't have Mr. Ariel because he is one of a kind. The care and the love that comes off of him are spots on. So Mr. Ariel and Ms. Dani should be 100% recognized for their fantastic work. I've recently noticed that they are so understaffed with the teacher-to-student ratio, which I will bring up to the office. I understand there has been a lot of turnover at this place, but hopefully, they fall within guidelines; but 10 out of 10 would recommend Kindercare, especially for a pre-K student.

Update: Due to my recent complaints & reviews the staff including Angela have gone out of their way to fabricate stories about my son. He has attended the school for about 8months without a complaint. Today I went in the school to voice my concerns Angela who does not have good communication skills dismissed my concerns spoke over me. Very abruptly & rudely told me VERBATIM THAT DUE TO MY RECENT YELP REVIEWS I HAD 1 WEEK TO FIND A NEW SCHOOL FOR MY SON. SHE SAID IT WAS THE DISTRICT LEADER WHO SUGGESTED THIS & AGREED WITH HER. So basically if you have a complaint they BULLY YOUR FAMILY INTO NOT SPEAKING UP ABOUT ISSUES instead of handling in constructive manners. I've read other reviews parents don't just make these concerns up. My child always acts afraid/terrified to go to his class & hides his face sometimes crying if he sees Maria from the 2 old class. I've expressed concerns about this & unexplained knots on his forehead. There have been other concerns left undressed by them. They don't care about you or your child or family.

Searching for child care is already an overwhelming task. Now add being a first time mom with a 1 year old, moving to a new city all during a global pandemic! I'm very glad that I chose to place my son in KinderCare. He's been attending for a year now and I'm completely comforted that he's in good hands. The leadership was very understanding of how difficult this transition would be for all of us and was very patient and reassuring along the way. Here are a few ways that KinderCare has proven to be worth every penny. Infant teachers likeMs Dominique, who always welcomes him with open arms and a bright smile in the midst of tears during drop off. Or Ms Kalishia, who genuinely laughs along with all of his silly moments and playful activities. Plus never forgets his comfort buddy "elefante".And Ms Kacee, who's always happy to see him and keeps him smiling until I'm ready to pick him up. Thank you so much for being patient & kind not only with our son but with us too! Because of them, we're looking forward to another year!

My kids (3yo & 5yo) absolutely love KinderCare! My son started attending when they opened in 2017 and has loved every one of his teachers, the facility, and curriculum. Same with my daughter who started in 2020. As parents, we appreciate all that the staff does to ensure our littles are safe, taken care of, and are learning. We would like to give a shout out to Ms. Susie and Ms. April who are AMAZING teachers! I appreciate your positive energy, partnership and the relationship you have formed with our kids. They absolutely LOVE you and we thank you for all you do each and everyday.

I have one child currently enrolled in this school and my older child went through the program through TK. I have been so impressed with the level of professionalism that this location has shown especially during a very trying time like COVID. They have done a fantastic job keeping the center clean and providing a safe and educational environment. All the front office staff are seen and know the families. The classroom teachers have been great and truly love their jobs. I would recommend this school 100%!
