This company preys on people visiting their family or friends that live in apartments. Two trucks side by side both parked the same a little over the line. One lives there the other is a guest who was there less than 30 mins to drop off someone off. Guess which one got towed. The next day I go with my son to look at where he parked. His truck is a large truck and hard to park in any of these spots. He wasn’t blocking anyone and there were no complaints about the time he was there. Just your not so friendly tow truck company stalking the apartment parking lot. While we were looking at spots we saw the same tow company take another vehicle from the complex. The apartment complex should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this. I get being in the wrong but this was a little much!

No responsibility or communication skills, like dude go to college and learn how to properly run a business. Won’t be surprised when y’all get coded and shut down, likely through a lawsuit.

The worst kind of customer service and the lady on the phone was very rude. I just asked for a letter for when it was under their possession for appealing for the toll charges and she just said 'No, we cannot, give'.I mean what a kind of customer service is that.

I was dropping off a DoorDash order and they towed my car!!!!! Scammmmmmmmm!!! They just sit there in the bushes waiting on you!!!! Fml

Illegally towed my car and proceeded to threaten to impound the car for being on private property when I was there because I wouldn't sign a document they made releasing them of all liability. Also yelled at me and my girlfriend and were very disrespectful even tho we did nothing wrong other than try and pick up the car after it was again... illegally towed.

Terrible experience! Called 1 hr ahead of time to schedule an appointment to pick up my vehicle. Got to the place to find out they all left for the day..called 20+ times and on the 24th try somebody answered. He stated my appointment time was set for a different time. Had to wait another hour for him to come back. NOT a 24hr service!!

Scammers. They will tell you one price for the tow and charge your card $100 more than what was quoted. Now working through my credit card company to dispute the over overcharge

I have never seen such an unprofessional towing company. I was in this business and this is the reason that tow companies have a bad name. Half of an apartment complex got tagged in the same day. That in itself is bad business. For the tow company and the apartment complex. Josh the Authorized provider and his driver were trying to bully the women in the office as well. I bet that made them feel like men! I wish I could put 0 stars

Literally in an emergency right now on the side of the road and the lady who took my call huffed rudely when I said I needed a tow immediately and hung up on me mid conversation as I was trying to give details on the shop to take it to. Very rude and unprofessional! I don't understand the attitude as it is a tow shop and I was trying to pay for service????
