I needed a wheel alignment. They scheduled me for that afternoon and were ready for me when I arrived. The work was done quickly, and the changes were explained to me. The waiting room was clean and comfortable.

I was having issue with my Ford expedition thumping noise through the car. They diagnosed it and it was a bearing loose. Very impressed! They did a great job finding the issue head to back to the dealer where I bought it from and they fix it under warranty

I had spent years looking for a new mechanic in the area being unhappy with several other establishments I had visited for services.
Over the last 3 months, I've taken my 2018 Toyota Tundra for 3-4 services due to mileage/normal wear and tear. Every time the experience is superb, whether I've worked with Noah, Jason, or Codee at the office!
They communicate thoroughly with updates when they are servicing via text/phone and I've never felt like they are trying to push additional services during my visits. When they do recommendations, they don't try to scare you, but provide an honest assessment of what is happening to your vehicle and how urgently it needs to be addressed.
Their prices are very fair for labor and overall work performed and I will be taking all of my vehicles here for future service if they keep providing great service and work!

I have nothing but high praises for the office employees and the technicians who have demonstrated professional skills and patiences in explaining any repairs to me. I first came for my suspension problem and it was repaired. I returned because of sounds that I needed to have identified.The technician was willing to explain why a test drive with me was needed. I was very thankful for the extra steps taking by the technician to explain
the problems with my vehicle. Thanks

I found my new go-to car mechanic. Discount tire messed up one of my tire parts and sent me here to get it replaced.
The owners are super friendly and people seem happy to be working here. They have a shuttle service and I had them drop me off at a coffee shop nearby.
Overall the experience was efficient and prices seem to be reasonable. Beats going to the dealership.

I have always had a great experience with Rush. They have the best prices on any routine maintenance, and they don’t sell you anything you don't need or do work without talking to you first. They’ll even give you quotes on upcoming maintenance needs so you know what type of work you might need done and you can prepare for it. The waiting room at the round rock location is great with comfy recliners and free coffee. I drive there from central Austin cause it’s worth the extra time and gas to go to a place you can trust.

I am happy to write this review: I've been taking my cars to RUSH for 20 years+. Recently I took my Expedition in for transmission service , rear brakes and a water pump replacement. All work was completed in 24 hours, as promised. The dealership in CA, where I was staying this summer, wanted 5 days and more than twice the price. No way!. So I managed the car home safely and went straight to RUSH. RUSH service is always super friendly and no BS. I've stopped in a few times for an engine light on or just an opinion. They always check it out and if it's an easy fix they just take care of it without a charge. The highest compliment I can pay them, besides their skilled and friendly service, is that they are the most honest and user friendly auto repair shop I have ever used. Take you car's troubles to RUSH and rest easy.
