I sent in two email requests via Saber's online site to schedule audio/video service and called three times, and no one called me after a week. I had used SS to install all my TVs and I am a current security service subscriber so you would have thought I would at least received a call after a few days.

Have had repeated problems with equipment. We were guaranteed on going tech support, but once they received their check it is like pulling teeth to get them to respond.
