Make sure you call before you go there because it's just randomly closed at random days then they make up excuses about staffing apparently they want to pay their employees in circus peanuts and cracker jacks. I've tried to stop there for my wife three different times in the past few months and every time it's been closed. There's never a sign on the door explaining anything.

Walked in looking for a specific hair dye color and so I asked the employee for suggestions, she very quickly replied "well did you look at the shelf?" with so much attitude, i then said no and that i liked her hair and wanted to know what she used, she rolled her eyes and told me "just pick one, put it on your head and see what happens." I will never be back to this location. Luckily the other girl came out and checked me out and was very kind, but still. The first employee seemed miserable to get customers in the store.

Door was locked during store hours, the associate was rude when I came in to pick up my order I had made online. Poor customer service.

I never usually have any problems with sally beauty, but today I was given a few products that worked individually but not with each other. I purchased a hair color remover that not only strips away the color but also strips away the color I wanted to use;which was hicolor copper (worked on the dark roots but not where remover was distributed) and the remover also damaged my hair to where i could use my hair to make a doll.I like sally beauty as a store but the products I was recommended by the employees that day was terrible.

Rachel was AMAZING. I am not good at hair stuff and she made it so easy for me to understand the process but that was not it the way she took the time to help me was mind blowing I had never seen someone do their job with such joy and such passion. I can say that she provided me the best customer service I have ever experienced. She is AMAZING. Thank you Rachel for bringing to much joy to your customers.

Not sure what her name is, but the lady that helped me fix my hair!! You are awesome! I had been to two other Sally's and they all gave me the wrong advice and I thought my hair was never gonna be pretty again. This lady didn't even really have to think about the question I asked her she took me right to the product. Anyways I really wish I could remember her name. She has dark hair with red in it. She's awesome! Thank you

The woman who helped us today was amazing! So kind and knowledgeable. Name tag said blm and she has dark hair on the top half of her head and blonde underneath. She deserves a promotion and/or a raise! Although normally out of my way, I will be coming back to this Sally's location just for her.

I went there with my dad to Sally’s on Saturday. And the people that work there are so nice and the Products that I had gotten (sauce) works good. love the smell. I notice the nails that they got there are pretty I might wanna get me some ?the people that work there are nice and they know what there saying and the workers make me feel welcomed. I feel comfortable and feel safe to use there products???

I came into this location to quickly grab a pair of lashes for a graduates make up I was doing. As soon as I walked in I was immediately prompted to use their hand sanitizer they had out before making my selection or touching anything. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic however touching hand sanitizer that is not automatically dispensable is disgusting and does nothing to prevent germs IMO. The tone of the associate was very rude. I did what she asked and made my prompt selection and turned to the register. Once the transaction was completed she threw my bag onto the table they had separating us I'm assuming for 6 ft purposes. This behavior is completely unacceptable customer service regardless of how the associate feels working during these unprecedented times. The associate did not even wait for me to walk out the store before she quickly and aggressively began to lather up with hand sanitizer as if I disgusted her. I'm not sure if her behavior was blatant disrespect due to racism or this pandemic. Whatever the case please stay clear of this location !!! I left feeling completely disrespected.

Severely disappointed with this location. They say they are doing curbside but NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I’ve been trying to call for weeks and it’s a busy tone. Every. Single. Time. I honestly feel like they’ve left the phone off the hook so as not to be bothered by customers. And online orders don’t show up for MONTHS. They have handled this pandemic very poorly.
