Sam's Club follows a familiar warehouse shopping formula: lots of bulk items on display at great prices. This particular location generally has a decent selection of merchandise, and the meat department is especially good with beef, pork, chicken, and seafood items readily available. One thing I do not care for is the parking situation. It is always difficult to navigate through the parking area and is constantly congested in front of the store. A better layout would make egress much easier but that's not likely to happen any time soon. Overall, this location is nothing special and meets the standard you'd expect.

No encontré los productos que me gustan, y solo hay productos que no necesito, la ropa que tienen esta peor que la de Walmart pero más costosa , solo encontré a buen precio y de buena calidad las fresas de Driscoll, 2 libras por 3 dólares, en el cereal muy poco variedad y los que hay ni regalados , en cuanto a la salida hay una persona que exige verificar si pagaron correctamente pretendiendo tratar a los clientes como delincuentes, H E B es una súper tienda donde hay productos de calidad y el servicio al cliente es excelente , 1 estrella para Sam's club 5 para H E B

Convenient when I'm in the Pflugerville area and just need to pick up one or two things or am on a quest to find leftover end-of-stock merchandise.This store feels smaller than most of the other clubs in Austin. At times it feels like they have more of certain products than the other clubs particularly in the grocery lines. Then again sections like health and beauty tend to have narrower selections. Perhaps this is based on demographics that visit the store and the things they buy, but for the occasional traveling customer, it can be a bit frustrating.Also frustrating is the lack of a gas station I guess that doesn't fit the mold of La Frontera so that's why they don't have one. And truth be told there's a Walmart gas station immediately across the interstate that has pretty good prices as well.If you're there during Cafe hours, you really can't beat their soft serve cup of ice cream for a dollar plus taxRecommended if in the area and you need a quick Sam's Club fix.

Love this Sams. I use the curbside service weekly. When I have to go in the employees are extremely friendly, professional and helpful.

I love my local Sam's club. It's clean, mostly stocked. Every once in awhile they won't have an item I want or I am looking for. My only problem is the solicitors in the building. I shouldn't be solicited in a place I have to pay to shop in. I was there over the weekend and I was on the phone while shopping. I said "not interested, thank you though" and he asked two or three more questions after I said I was not interested and this is when he could clearly see I was on the phone. I thought it was a bit rude. It wasn't some social call, taking my sweet time. I was making a phone call to see how much toliet paper we had and I kept getting interrupted.

They have a problem with keeping the shopping carts available for customers. The last three times I have shopped there I had to hunt one down from the parking lot. I have disabilities so I park in a handicap space. Walking with a cane to the entrance then back out twice the distance to retrieve a cart is horrible. Once inside I have to navigate the endless salesman pushing solar panels, cell phone plans, and "Have you heard about"...plans I don't want. Don't even get me started about the sloth they have working at the concession stand. The scan and go is the best thing I've used yet.

Called 3 times. First time they just hung up my phone. Second time, they picked up the phone and I asked a question, they tell me to hold on but then hung up the phone again. Third time, they also picked up the phone after a long wait and then ended up the same thing as the second time.

These guys have zero time sense. Took my appointment at 1pm. Waited 30 mins to get checked-in and then waited for 1.5 hours, still my car was not picked. After 2 hours went inside, got refund for everything and came back. Don’t ever think about going to this place if you value time.Horrible customer service and they didn’t even apologize for the delay. Made a mistake by not going to Costco.

I have a good and trustworthy account manager that allows me to withdraw my profits anytime I want and I can monitor everything going on in my account when she is busy trading with her expert team and I don't have issues with pending withdrawals. I don’t recommend this place to any physically handicapped people because if you asked for a carry out or assistance in any way with loading your car you get attitudes; very bad attitudes from the person asked to do Customer Assistance. The one that was supposed to be assisting me, threw my water in the car and tossed around my ice chest that was already loaded with my personal water and spilled it. It was really, really disturbing and when you speak with the manager and return 2 to 3 weeks later and you get the same service… that’s horrible.

A while ago I went to the Sam's Club at Sundance Pkwy. in Round Rock to check out a price on an item and to sign up as a member. After checking the price, I saw three windows for customer service. I don't remember the name of the first window but there was no one in line. Another window had a large line of people where (I believe) they were paying bills. I went to the window marked for new accounts (to sign up) and there was no line. But when I said I wanted to sign up, I was told to get into the back of the line at the other window. I said that I didn't want to pay a bill, I simply wanted to sign up for an account. I was told to go to the other line anyway. I was so PO'ed that I just left and never went back.

They don't have a phone number for curbside pick up. You have to call the front desk, it make take a minute for them to answer or 40 minutes you just never know.
