Extremely rude staff outdated location

Meat quality has gone down so bad that im averaging a 30% waste on packages of chicken breast as their is many veins bloodclots tendeins and cartalage left on them the breast have also start being packaged where oneside looks great then you get it home and its this improperly cut and trimmed breast that is stringy which is purposefully done to decieve you on the quality of what your buying might be priced way cheaper then HEb but this is beyond poor quality control

IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF YOUR CAR - NEW OR USED - DO NOT LET THE CURBSIDE EMPLOYEES AT THIS SAM'S CLUB LOAD YOUR GROCERIES.
I visited the Round Rock, TX location today for a curbside pickup. What should have been a simple and routine experience quickly turned into an infuriating and costly encounter.
Analysa was the associate assigned to load my vehicle. As she placed a box—no more than 15 pounds—into the trunk of my SUV, we heard and felt a clear hit against the car. Not a single word came out of her mouth. No acknowledgment. No pause. Nothing. I immediately got out to check and sure enough: fresh damage to the paint on my vehicle. A surface scratch and a spot where the paint was chipped clean off—about 1cm in diameter.
For context, my car is only 7 months old, bought brand new, detailed monthly, and monitored carefully. This wasn’t pre-existing damage. I showed it to her immediately, and still—no apology. Just a flat, disinterested “ok, I’ll get someone over then.”
Then came the “manager” Stacey—whose name I only learned by glancing at her name tag. She walked over with the enthusiasm of someone who couldn’t care less and the attitude of someone who’d rather be anywhere else. She never introduced herself, never apologized for the incident, never expressed any ownership or customer care. Just silence, until she needed information from me. When I pointed out a second scratch that I hadn't initially seen, and confronted Analysa about it, Stacey stepped in—not to de-escalate, but to defend her employee and throw attitude my way.
So now, because of someone else’s carelessness and a manager’s complete lack of professionalism, I’m left to wait for a third-party adjuster with no claim number, no contact info, no reassurance—just blind hope that someone, somewhere, will take this seriously.
Absolutely unacceptable.
Here’s the bottom line: If you value your vehicle and expect even a baseline level of professionalism, do yourself a favor avoid this location at all cost.

I love sams club items, customer service, and especially the app. But the reason for the 3 stars is the scooters. I am disabled and cannot walk far. Everytime i come here i cannot get a reliable scooter. It's either the battery dies quock or something is wrong. I am sick of it. Walmart got better scooters, when is sams going to get better ones???

I love shopping at Sam's ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I really like to purchase my items in bulk so that I don't have to continue to go to the store. There's so much to see at Sam's and sometimes I get to see people that I know it's like a family reunion at Sam's 😜❤️

Today at 2:30 PM, I had a slice of pizza a soda and some frozen yogurt. The employees behind the food counter said there was something wrong with the yogurt machine, but they seem to have fixed it and I have been throwing up for the past three hours. When I call back, put on hold for five minutes then I was told that they’re too busy management is too busy to talk to me and told me to call back at 7 PM and then hung up on me. We need to get a real reality. check on customer service. I’m going to call the Travis County health department and inform them of what transpired with the possible cause was. Do not eat here.

We always buy here, we had never had a problem until today. At the time of shopping in the food area, the two women who were in front taking orders. They didn’t want to take my order, they went backwards hiding so as not to take my order. I lasted about 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order. It was an unpleasant moment. It seemed like an act of racism. I’m disappointed

I’ve always had a good experience at Sam’s Club—until today. I was shopping with my wife, her little sister, and her boyfriend (who both live with us), and picked up a bottle of wine for me and my wife. After scanning it, a staff member abruptly approached us and very rudely demanded that everyone in our group show their IDs. I understand if that’s the store’s policy, but the way she handled it was completely unprofessional and downright disrespectful. She came up to us with a nasty attitude, pointing in our faces and speaking to us like we were criminals. We weren’t being rude or confrontational, yet she acted as if we had done something wrong from the start. It was an extremely uncomfortable and insulting interaction in front of my family. If this is how Sam’s Club allows their employees to treat paying members, it’s very disappointing. I expected better.

Cafe here to slow the app forget it it was easier when you ordered from the cashier now it takes to long my family and I used to eat here when we were out shopping now we eat before we get to Sam’s club . Not enough staff getting food ready.

What can I say other than DISAPPOINTED!
The new “app only” cafe purchases is a nightmare! Results in terribly slow service, backup lines (9 costumers waiting while we were in line).
The check at the door resulted in over a 15 people stopped in long line waiting to get out the door!
Sam you better do better or Costco is going to close you down’
