Worst experience ever I was just at Sam’s and I had to use the restroom and the employee wanted to clean it and I asked him if I could use it it would only take 2min and he was still waiting for people to get out but he was so rude and ugly that he did not let me use it even when I told him I am 7month pregnant he didn’t care he said go use the men’s restroom he sure did not have no good customer service, very angry and disappointed that he will treat someone like that Sam’s you should teach your employee how to have a better customer service

Great for all kinds of bulk food items, among other things. Large and small appliances, furniture, clothing, office supplies and holiday decor.

Just left Sam’s club and HAD to write an amazing review for your employee Chris who works in produce, he helped me get what I needed and I’ve never met anyone so welcoming and helpful at any other Sam’s in austin than him! He deserves some type of recognition for how attentive & helpful he was. Even though I love 45 min away from this Sam’s, this will now be my go-to!!!!

I love Sam's club. I dislike this one because there is no gas station associated with it. I also go the sushi (which honestly i LOVE Sam's sushi and this one is NOT it) The rice is soggy and even though they say it's made fresh daily I find that hard to believe. Worse Sam's sushi.

On October 19th around 1013am the store was very welcoming. When it came time to check out the cashiers were very rude! With an attitude the older lady said put your small stuff on the belt! As I looked around I noticed no other customers were doing the same. Is it because I am younger, or African American?

I want to preference that today was very hard for me due to my health issues that I have been dealing with. I knew that despite my best effort,I would have to use the electric cart for the first time, which I had no idea how to. I reached out to Cindy the lady at the door and explained to her that due to my health health conditions etcetera (while the tears were flowing and people were pouring in, she patted me on my back) she was so kind to me and she explained to me how it worked ( multiple times bc I was upset) and just comforted me until my husband got there. I have not been to Sam's in forever, I just signed back up last night. I was also able to scan and go! I just wish they delivered my cold food to my home. Maybe soon! Thank you, Cindy!

Horrible phone customer service. I was very polite in asking questions. After the conversation I stated thank you have a great day and the phone was slammed on me! Really? That’s why I still choose to shop at Costco
