At 5 o’clock in the morning, I was in a real bind and stop by the Shell station on University to buy a gallon of milk when I got home I realize he had charged me $7.49 for that gallon of milk. I tried to call no answer. I will be going back And I will be reporting him to the Shell station.

Prices here are a rip off and the measurements are off. I put four gallons in my tank which would have filled it from 3/4. The gauge moved an 1/8

Rude cashier...He basically asked how much money we had in our pockets in order to pay for what we wanted to buy. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back.

THIS IS SERIOUS! This is the 2nd time this has happened and I thought it was human mistake the 1st time. I played $27 worth of lottery today and handed the guy two $20 bills from ALL $20's I had just withdrawn from UFCU literally moments prior, (I'll hold on to that ATM receipt and I counted the cash before taking off). With arrogance, he handed me back 3 singles. He had the nerve to say I gave him a $10/$20. No chance because I didn't have a $10 in my stock of bills. I was shocked. It was blatant like he had a right to steal from me. I asked to see the camera after I respectfully told him 3 times that I gave him two $20 bills. He then abruptly handed me my $10 and told me to leave. Imagine that! This is wrong on so many levels. I went to my car to retreive my cash and went back in the store displaying my stock of $20's to him for everyone to see and told him that I'm a man of honor and I could never steal from anybody. I didn't make a scene even though the idiot got on my nerve. I'm not writting this to be mean but I'm seriously concerned that this may be their angle and/or a culture thing at that place where they steal from selected customers. I feel like I should report this to the State. BE CAREFUL HANDING MONEY TO THESE GUYS!!! This is the WOODY'S MARKET on University Blvd in Round Rock across from Teravista.

Fuel 20 cents a gallon higher than speedy stop. Wouldn't take my credit card, which worked fine 5 minutes later at speedy stop. Went in to use my card...needed an amount, I said I need to fill it up so I don't know the amount. I also told him I tried two gas pumps and neither accepted my card...he told me it wasn't his fault and I needed to call the company. Never going here again!

The worst customer service that you can find, hate this place unfortunately is close to my house and I need frequently things from there but they treat people horrible

Less service-oriented compared to other stores around. No one looked like they wanted to be there, not even the staff, coz they don't care that we walked into the store. Walked away disappointed, going to another store.

This is my first yelp review and I had the worst customer service ever at Woody's off of University Blvd! I can't believe I let an employee treat me so poorly for an innocent mistake... I was forced to come in to pay for gas, and since I was in there I threw in an item. After the elder male employee rang up me up, I had a d*** moment, I inserted my card and unconsciously pulled my card out too early as if I were getting gas at the pump (I'm not used to paying gas at the cashier). The employee gave me sass for it and blurted out "WHY DID YOU PULL OUT THE CARD EARLY?! READ THE SCREEN! READ!" As he aggressively points at the screen. I apologized and felt stupid for not paying attention as I should have. I inserted my card again and got declined. This made the cashier repetitively tap on the counter as if he were getting impatient with me. I ended up using my other card and everything went through just fine. Note to self: don't make a mistake or the cashier (the elder male employee) will give you attitude!!

After 3 times of cards being skimmed coincidentally the day after filling up at this station I will personally be avoiding it. Be careful using the pumps out here. Even used the one they has the best view to the cashier and still got hit. Should have stopped a while ago but wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt. This on top of the sub par service even for a station clerk has X'd me out.
