The staff at Sherwin Williams on I-35 in Round Rock, TX is extremely accommodating, patient, polite and professional. I simply brought in a small kitchen cabinet door that was custom painted for color matching purposes. They carefully matched a custom cabinet color until it was the correct shade for me.

Terrible. If you are a contractor, they can mix paint for you from a push of a button. If you plan on going in there to match paint forget it. I had a paint match chip and waited 20 minutes after they analyzed the chip only to have the guy come out and tell me this was the closest, I could match it by adding yellow. He didn't know how to work the paint matching machine, or it was broken but he used it anyway. What a silly effort. They are incompetent other than mixing a set paint lot from one of their products. I paid $45 for nothing. Go to the big box stores for better service from a guy that works in plumbing matching your paint for you.

came in to get my 1 gallon of extra white paint, "the easiest paint to get" ,the guy said it only comes in a 5 gallon. So next time he can come to starbucks and buy his coffee only in size extra large right??

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a Sherwin Williams location. I picked up 2 gallons of paint that had been called in ahead of time, it took half an hour; the staff was jumping between customers, very inefficient, and didn’t seem concerned for the customers waiting in the store to be helped. Paint dries quicker than it takes to pick up an order here.
