I need some comfortable shoes for standing on my feet for 10 plus hours a day.
Came to Skechers at the outlet store in round Rock and got a great deal on the shoes I wanted. for about $25 less than buying them at any other store.

I usually don't write reviews but I had to this time.Today afternoon, I ran into the rudest customer service lady (in the Sketchers Premium outlet store) I have ever encountered in my life. Here is how it went down:Scene 1I went into the store and greeted the lady with a Good Afternoon - In exchange I got silence and a rude stare - which is OK no big deal.Scene 2Went ahead with the return. I asked if she needed my original form of payment. She literally shouted at me saying "I have not yet asked anything from you yet and then firmly hit the shoe box I just handed it over to her". - which is absolutely NOT OK and it is a big deal.Scene 3I asked her why she had to be so rude. She replied "Are you serious"? I said yes I am serious. To my astonishment, she said, "I know how men are". - This is so wrong at so many levels.I literally was beyond shocked and couldn't believe what I just heard. I was also extremely disappointed and even felt violated. In fact I am even shaking now as I type this review.I have the Associate ID with me in my receipt. But I am not sharing it only because it could cost her job and I don't want that to happen to anyone in these difficult times.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had a problem with a pair of Skechers I recently bought and went in to just ask what I should do about the problem with my shoes. Savannah came to the rescue and replaced my defective shoes in a flash. I'm going say that was the best retail experience I've had in a long time. Skechers, you need to hang on to Savannah!

Staff seemed like they thought of themselves as demigods or something. You're sales clerks in a shoe store, people. I'm spending my money here, so I'm the demigod. Be nice or I will spend it someplace else. I did find what I was looking for - a pair of women's shoes for my wife's birthday, after being repeatedly and condescendingly informed where the men's shoes were. Thanks for the assistance.

Kaitlyn was absolutely FANTABULOUS in every way!!!! I had been to 2 Sketchers stores in El Paso & 2 in Austin looking for 2 specific pairs of Sketchers Shoes & was told at all 4 stores they were out of them and to try online….they were both out of stock online for my specific size and no one was willing to go above & beyond like Kaitlyn @ Round Rock Outlet Mall…she was determined to find them & jumped online & found exactly the two pairs I desired…previous employees seemed uninterested, unwilling, or didn’t know how to maneuver Sketchers computer system to make a sale & give great, exceptional, over & beyond service like Kaitlyn!!!!! I hope she gets recognized for being a truly special Sketchers associate & Sketchers is sooooooo fortunate to have Kaitlyn aboard on its team!!!!!! THANK YOU KAITLYN!!!!!
