Scheduled an appointment, showed up a few minutes early. Only 3 people in store with 5 associates, ended up having to wait 30 minutes before being assisted. Another person with appointment behind me having to wait as well. They need to adhere to appointments more closely.Associates are always helpful once you get assistance.Added another star as associate took care of me once I was called.

Avoid this location. Rude workers. I sat in line while listening to a poor elderly man try and understand his services and the woman at counter was VERY rude. There were 4 workers and all I needed to do was return equipment!! And 15 mins.. Still waiting.

Slowest service possible. Was told I could not cancel service at store. They forced me to call phone number. Saying it requires special billing When I told agent on phone they refused to cancel service, they requested the store location and agent's name. The phone agent told me I will be responsible for the full price bill next month, which I said was fine. You have to wonder what company does not allow cancellation at corporate store. How could they ever justify that? Customer service is not critical for them.

One of worst company ever. Internet is keep disconnecting. Live internet streaming is failing. Upload is only 50mbps. You cannot do any online work with this company. Avoid for good people of Texas.

The worst internet service ever!!!!!! Plus where I live I can’t use any other company , lately we have internet outage every single night, it never happen to me , if you can choose never use this company !!!

It's essential for store staff to have a good understanding of the offers displayed in their store. I had a disappointing experience at the Spectrum store for the second time in a row. Firstly, at the Louis Henna store, they completed all the necessary work, but at the end, they told me to go to another store due to a problem with opening locker for getting a new phone. ?Secondly, at the University store, the staff were helpful, but they seemed unaware of the offers displayed in the store. I had to rely on my own assumptions to figure things out. It might be better to avoid visiting the physical stores and instead, interact with agents over the phone for a clearer understanding.

This rating is just for Paula RochaI visited there to change mobile phone carrier with my husband and son. We are current customer for internet gigs. Even though It was not easy because all the process for change was little complicated she treated customers very carefully and thoughtfully at the end of everything.I appreciate it. I recommend this store to find Paula. She is a valuable person of the spectrum.

Spectrum continues to bill my mother who has passed away months after being informed of her passing and account closing. These people are terrible, I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere for internet or cable services. Crooks have a whole business of draining accounts of people who have left us.

You call Spectrum to ask about their advertised specials and they always have a reason not to give your the better price. Now, Spectrum has increased my bill while providing fewer channels. We're not getting ESPN and are paying $11 more for the privilege? Time for a new provider.
