Brought a phone in to get service turned on. Guy who helped us was super nice, funny and had amazing customer service! I forgot his name but he always has his service dog with him! <3 Thank you for a quick and great experience. Def recommend you go in the AM right when they open for fast service, we did go another time beforehand around 4 and there was no parking and 10-15 people waiting.

Went in at 10:02 and walked out at 10:20. We were interested in wifi and two ladies helped us and made the experience very nice. They were informative, polite and very efficient. Very nice walking in to such a happy and inviting atmosphere.

Amy, at this location, was very helpful when, at the last minute, on-line support realized that a sim card had not been sent to me to do a phone transfer, and I got to this store 45 minutes before closing. She installed the sim card and made sure everything worked before closing the store.

People like Michell if this is how you spell her name because she was sooo quick to run to the back to not attend us and couldn’t see her name tag correctly. Has no customer service skills and is rude as hell to customers. Should not be in the retail field!

Completely rude. Walked to a post with employee that wasn’t speaking with a customer and she told me there was a line in an aggravated manner.
I told them I was only dropping off a box and they said so was everyone else. I looked around and no one even had a box.
Could have been a normal interaction but I was glad I was quitting the service anyway due to a negative experience with being hassled at Heb by a salesman when I was in a hurry, a buggy installation experience with links not opening, and having completely different things told to me about whether or not I needed a router. The salesperson said I didn’t and could save money that way and ultimately with customer service over the phone I was told I couldn’t activate it without one for a price of course.
Negative experience through and through, would not recommend, and absolutely avoid this store as well if you want to be treated like cattle just like the dmv.

It is my first time in this store and the boy who served me (Damián) made the experience great, I came for a promotion that he knew in detail and I felt very well taken care of, he knows his job which makes the service seem more reliable, the missing star has to do with the service in general and the treatment of other workers that I was able to observe while waiting, I hope that I can always count on the service of this guy because people who were there did not have the same experience ?

Horrible customer service. Be prepared to wait for hours and get nothing done. Avoid Spectrum and specially this store. Rude agents.

Staff is good, but the manager Jamie is the most incompetent person I ever encountered at Spectrum.
No wonder it has longgg waiting time at the store.
They made me spend 70 minutes in the store to get a replacement physical sim. First 40 minutes in general waiting(thats fine) but even after my turn when employee was about to give me the Sim card, manager interrupted and made a dumb comment that she cant give sim card until customer care tells so.
Then from within the store I had to call the customer service number. Even the call center agent was surprised why the store manager asked to call instead of just directly giving the sim.
I talked to one more customer he also mentioned they are making him wait unnecessary.
Dont know whats wrong just with this manager. I have been in this store a couple of times earlier as well. Other staff is so amazing and know their stuff.
This manager is definitely trying to get customer away from Spectrum and will get this particular store shut down.

I have been to this store 3 times in a year. There is always a long wait. The employees don't seem to have an urgency to help customers in a timely manner. I came to turn in equipment. I have gotten a new provider and I made the switch at a perfect time. I unplugged my Spectrum equipment on Tuesday afternoon after my new equipment arrived. Spectrums equipment was useless to me and millions of other Texas customers who were experiencing the 1st of several days of outages. I was lucky enough to set up my equipment and have Internet while millions of Texans were still without Internet with no ETA for a time that it would be restored. So the clerk told me that I would be responsible for a full 30 day cycle even though I was turning in my equipment and was not going to use even 1 day of Spectrum Internet. I was told that Spectrum doesn't prorate bills. In my opinion, this is a horrible policy that makes Spectrum a lot of money off of the very customers that make it possible for them to be in business. If you have no customers you have no business. Life is a struggle. I don't have an extra $57 to give Spectrum for absolutely no service rendered. I can use that money to pay the company that is actually providing me with service for this month. I called the billing department and they found more outages than I was aware of. About 7 days worth. When they calculated my credit, it came out to be a whopping $12.88 cents. I was told that this was the best that they could do. So is that what you tell the people who work from home? 7 days without Internet is only worth $12.88. This isn't funny. This is utterly ridiculous and it is screaming that we care about and value our customers. I was told that if I came back to Spectrum before 31 days passes, that I would be eligible for a promotion. You can keep your promotion. If this Company doesn't work out for me I wouldn't even consider coming back. I don't feel like a valued customer, but feel like I am being robbed, so I will definitely take my business elsewhere and as an unhappy customer I am going to tell everyone that I can talk to about my experience and encourage them to not patronize Spectrum.
