Had no idea you needed an appointment just to drop off equipment after cancelling. One guy trying his hardest to serve 5 customers. Terribly understaffed

This store is almost as good at arrogance, disrespect, and dismissal as the Apple Store at the Arboretum. They don't have a Genius Bar. They have a self proclaimed genius. Who is as hard to deal with as the Apple Genius Bar in the Arboretum. He will say he listened to what I said. I taught middle school students and he listened like a mouthy 7th grader. I actually went to talk to Verizon and they practice bait and switch shamelessly. PS. The Apple Store in Ann Arbor, Michigan was gracious, courteous, and helpful. I had to go there to get someone to help with my laptop.

Spectrum is the worse internet provider in the States. They are running a scheming service and hopefully the FEDS will be investigating their activities. I suggest Spectrum company should be audited to make sure they are not charging excessive and billing unnecessary. I have reported this case to the right authority already.I was wrongfully charged twice for a bill of approximately $194($388)when making payment via the spectrum app and this caused my bank account to be on a negative status. I also noticed my Spectrum account balance is now doubled with other extra charges. I don’t understand why my Spectrum account bill was doubled after the app payment error which certainly wasn’t my fault and why spectrum made a statement stating since I made the second payment as an error it will be added as a credit to my future bill which doesn’t make sense because I might no use their service in future. Since Spectrum couldn’t refund the other payment that was made by the application error I called my bank to dispute both charges.I noticed Spectrum account balance went up again from the previous bill then called spectrum customer service to resolve issue, but was informed since the bank disputed both charges, a fee of $25 each making it a total of $50 will be added to my account balance which seems scheming and phony. I spoke to a customer service representative and a supervisor and they told me the charges of the disputes by my bank were added to my spectrum balance. I asked them to revert to the original bill but they still insisted what I owe in my spectrum balance is accurate. Anyways this seems goofy so I’m closing my account and going with T-Mobile which is way better service provider than Spectrum.

Great experience at this location. Kailen was a great help. He was very professional and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. He listened to me before jumping to conclusions and then made all the necessary recommendations on how he could best help. He literally cut my phone bill down by 80% with an upgrade. I couldn’t be happier right now. Thanks again Kailen :)

Quick service at this location compared to past experiences at other spectrum locationsEDIT x2: I went back to the store and they were able to rectify. It was the Spectrum phone support that wasn't able to help.

Waited 20-30 minutes for help because we were going to buy a wifi plan. Two of the employees were just standing around doing nothing: the other two employees were relentlessly trying to upsell their customers. We were never helped and decided to take our business elsewhere.

Spectrum punishes customer loyalty. The longer you have connection with them, they keep increasing prices. Only new customers get less prices. Old prices are always charged premium.

4 stars for customer service. 2 for the actual cell machinations. I had stopped in because we bought a new phone for one of my kids and swapped SIM cards and had all sorts of minor issues that I wanted to straighten out. Was immediately greeted and helped by a rep (Nyani? Nyari? I hate that I can't remember his name - he was super nice.). We were there for almost an hour. The rep (whose name I can't remember correctly) was cordial and on it the whole time, but he also helped other reps out as well as what seemed to be a new manager. He greeted other customers, helped set them up with the sign in and explained to one frustrated one that you can make an appointment online and that lets you go to the front of the line when you show up. Most of what he was helping us with was working tech support over the phone and making sure they understood what we needed. Our cell service is great. The back end stuff like this stinks. The manager (who didn't seem to really know a whole lot) did explain that the service is relatively new and they are still working some things out. Sad that it happens on the customers backs. However, with all that - top notch friendly service from store reps is hands down super important! Way to go!

There seems be a competition between the Spectrum telephone customer "service" and the people working in the Spectrum Round Rock storefront to see who can be the most obnoxious. When you're ready to cancel your subscription and return the equipment, they don't even want to do that. They want to argue with you.

Recent storm blew up my router. I took it in to the store and I was in and out in 5 minutes with a brand new upgraded router. Stressed about not having internet and streaming, etc. Great customer service and efficient. Most companies have not recovered from Covid and are utter clown shows - but Spectrum came through! I also have their cell service which is phenomenal. Not a big fan of big corporate usually - but Spectrum is doing a damn good job for me!

The customer service is pretty good, but spectrum's system is always down, which is a major concern.
