Great service with a predictable cut 99% of the time. In my 10 year history, I've rarely had a cut I didn't like. On the rare case I wasn't satisfied, I was given a coupon for the next cut to be free.

It’s a great place for men. Didn’t have much wait as I went during day. I found it to be expensive for less amount of hair. It took less than 10 minutes for my hair cut.

Rosha or Ro literally gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life I can truly say for the first time that I Ieft and establishment and I can ensure you I’ll never come back All I got was a low skin fade and trim the top couldn’t even do that!! I should have read the comments aswell how are you allowing this lady to work here still ?

How dare someone let you leave the chair with a haircut with a looking reptilian haircut. Garbage place, no skill. Walked out door and noticed it then asked to have it fixed - the other stylist being lazy says your stylist can fix it... but I had to wait for her to finish someone else's hair cut. Yeah no thnx. Waste of money! I got a real haircut down the street at barbershop.

they don't know what a low fade is... the older lady names either sassy, or tae can't cut hair for shit and was rude as shit. first time here and she starts to tell me " Im tired of telling you all the time to sign in." i already had an appointment online... if I could rate a 0 I would.

Worst experience ever with Ro. I should have read the comments sooner however I had trusted sports clips. I took my 15 year old in for a fade. And she completely buzzed him. I asked for hair to style and he’s bald! She didn’t even fade him, it’s jaded and messy! All she had to say for herself was “next time tell me to scissor cut” he has severe disabilities and I’ve never seen him so upset. Like he doesn’t have enough on his plate at school he’s now refusing to go to school. I am broken for him. She needs a new career and this place has got to do something about it immediately!

Arrived 45mins before the store says it’s closed (7pm). There was one guy getting his hair cut… looked close to done. Stylist says “sorry, we’re all booked up”. They have a screen that shows who’s “on the wait list and the approximate wait time and on deck”. the list is empty. There’s no one else in the store waiting. Lost a customer.

It was good... inexpensive doesn't always mean bad haircuts but occasionally just not as good as normal when you get someone with minimum experience.
