We opted for T-Mobile internet services, hoping for an unlimited plan, but unfortunately, it wasn't available in our area. The sales representative suggested that the 100 gig internet plan would suit our home needs well. However, within just three days, we experienced significant slowdowns in internet speed. It's unclear why the sales rep recommended this option unless their goal was solely to make a sale.Based on our experience, I would not recommend T-Mobile internet for your home, especially if an unlimited plan is not available in your area. The discrepancy between the sales representative's recommendation and the actual performance of the 100 gig plan left us dissatisfied with our choice of T-Mobile for home internet.

T-mobile is the best service provider we've ever use. Way better than Verizon or AT&T. Not just the commitment to providing the best service at the best rates, but also for the exceptional customer service. My phone was giving me problems. A SIM card issue Michelle told us to bring it in and we will geta new one no at charge. When we came back with my phone Omar helped us. He was very pleasant and personable. It was New Year's Eve about 1 hour til closing. He was patient and generally happy to help us. I was supposed to get a digital SIM card, but my phone model didn't have that capability. I was not charged for the new one. We talked and joked a bit. Very pleasant experience.Thank you for your time,Ray D.

This store is unable to assist with any type of mobile device problems when you call the help customer service they're not able to understand you in English or help you in English not only that I was so a phone that I'm not able to log into my Netflix account even though I'm being charged for these features I'm not able to utilize them and the workers that work in the store are not able to assist as well this is the horrible purchase I've ever had in my life for a cell phone

This location was fantastic. Patrick was great, and I was able to return my modem and cancel my Internet because he was a super problem solver. HEADS UP you're supposed to cancel service before dropping off the modem, the guy on the phone told me wrong. Patrick got me all set up, but I'm sure he'd appreciate an easier drop off ?T-Mobile treated me really well generally, the service just didn't extend far enough at my house and I had to switch providers.

Went to T-Mobile today to upgrade my phone and plan. Michelle was so amazing from beginning to end. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing with such patience. Me and my dad had such a wonderful experience today because of how helpful Michelle was. Thank you so much for your great customer service !!

No help at all. I have had billing issues with this store twice and both times they’ve told me nothing like this has ever happened before and that there’s nothing they can do to help. I am now down $200 due to their terrible customer service.

Went in to get my screen cover put on, was told they couldn't, cuz I didn't get it from t-mobile, tho they don't carry any for the galaxy S20 FE, and was told by Customer Service, that I could go to any store with no issues

Went in to jump on a family plan and Zachary (or Zackary) made it really quick and painless and fielded all necessary questions and was really nice to my mom. Transferred my number before I walked out the door!
