Have had a rough year with carriers getting a good product for not too expensive. Most places never take accountability then just say sorry, instead of “I never said that”; not the case here?This store is clean, the manager is hands on/helpful, knows her stuff and very nice. Staff was highly trained Cat/Kat and Michael have helped me convert my business account and WiFi over to t mobile. Porting was easy got two line and two hotspots, love this store, great sense of humor and am a happy customer. This is the best customer service store I’ve been to honestly, the others have been a nightmare.*Update. Had an issue and called customer service, not the best 3 hour experience but when I came in the store Ingred helped me lower my bill and explained costs, very glad to be a customer will be porting over my other business lines soon. 10/10 These people actually give af.

Terrible.. everyone walks around clueless, even the store manager. Couldn't make a wrong right. Bunch Dodos with their heads up their rears. No one takes pride in their jobs, especially when dealing with entry level positions Aka T mobile customer scare. It's Sad and sickening.

Yesterday I walked into the store to get tech support on a phone and although there is no longer tech support on location, I got assistance by Bryan P who was a great customer service agent and listed to my query and did his utmost best to assist as much as possible. He went above and beyond. I am thankful to Bryan for his proactivity and willingness to assist, keep up the great work!!!

I had to get a new phone by warranty and needed to move my information from 1 phone to the new one. Since my phone came from corporate instead of rhe store. The store refused to transfer my information to the new phone. I'm no techie so it took me 3 weeks before I could get it done by my self

I regret the bad attention I received from Charly, partly because he did not speak the perfect language. He did not help me in the process and had very bad behavior. I do not recommend the store for the service. Very bad experience on the part of the associate with the public.

I think Mr. Brian and Ms. Katrina should be promoted.I have never received such good service anywhere else, they are friendly, simple and good-natured as well as being competent and going out of their way to help anyone, I saw this with other customers they were serving before me, they do impossible to serve the customer.I left this store once again satisfied with their work and I recommend everyone that when they go to this store, look for them to help you, they are skilled and friendly professionals.

Hands down the best experience I have had with phone shopping. The time of day helped of course, having arrived there just as they opened. What set this experience apart from any other was because of the young gentleman that assisted me, Michael.He was the only one in the shop when I arrived just 6min into opening, and was already with one customer. He made sure to take care of the man ahead of me while I patiently waited. As I waited, 2 other customers walked in behind myself. Although, he did make sure to welcome each of us, he didn't skip a beat and patiently finished with his first customer.When he got to me I acknowledged I understood he needed to get to everyone, and asked all the questions I could think of to understand which route would work best for my situation. He had all the answers for me without question and with little need for research.I told him to take care of the guys behind me while I compared a couple phones which he handled smoothly and efficiently. As the other employees starting getting in the floor he was easily delegating them while still handling my continuous questions.After much discussion and plenty of insight, as well as some other conversation due to no other customers arriving, we we're able to lock in everything which will be completed at another location due to lack of inventory.I believe he is already one of the lead men but he definitely needs recognition for his professionalism and extensive knowledge of the products in his store. For 25yrs old, he handles himself better than most older gentleman and deserves the recognition.Give the man a raise or promotion and you won't regret it. I'll likely be making this store my go to for any issues even though it's an extra 15min from my house just to talk to the man that has all the answers. Thanks again Michael.

Stopped in for an internet connection issue. Bryan was our person and he exceeded our expectations. Quick, knowledgeable and very informative. He even quite possibly got us a more competitive wi fi service at home! (Need to do some more research on that) On top of all that, my issue was fixed!On a side note, it was busy and we never felt rushed.Thx Bryan for all your help!

Not helpful at all!!! Never asked if I needed help or any welcome to store. Kind of an uncomfortable feeling. Been with tmobile over 20 years and will not be going back here.
