I have only been to that store twice and both times a very bad experience. I arrived at the store at 7:30 to exchange my cell phone and the person who helped me (a man) told me that they were about to close and that I would have to return the next day because they could not transfer my cell phone information. current to the new one. A very unpleasant experience

Went in a couple weeks ago to see about trade in and options for new phones, was helped out and they answered all questions and were very helpful. No issues with the name I go by and the name on my I.D for getting into the account. Got a phone prepurchased and a time frame for turning in my old phone. 4.5/5 stars.Now to today, I thought (shame on me) going in to turn my old phone in would be faster and more convenient then going to UPS. Wrong. We waited an hour for them to tell me I can't cause my name on the account doesn't match my ID. Which wasn't an issue when I went it to pre order my new phone. Other person scanned my ID and it let them into the account. This dude didn't scan it. Just looked and said it doesn't match.Thank you so much for wasing an hour of my time. Would give you 0 stars.

Apparently the people at this location don’t know how to do their job. Came in for a trade-in deal last night, but since it was after 6pm, Boris, said I could do the data transfer myself and just turn in my phone today because the transfer can take 2ish hours and they close at 8. Not an issue, got the phone, bought the screen protector, came home and got everything transferred over and factory reset my old phone.Came in today and now I’m told they can’t take my old phone and I won’t be receiving the trade-in/promo credit. When I explained to them that my phone had already been looked over and the transaction completed, they basically said too bad, so sad and didn’t bother to help me at all. I’m currently on hold with corporate trying to figure this out as again, everything is already transferred and I bought accessories in addition to the screen protector for the new phone. Waste of time and money for incompetence.

Excellent customer service with getting my home Wi-Fi set up in store today. There was a bit of a wait but they were understaffed so it’s understandable. Plus they were very polite and up front about the wait as soon as I walked in. Anna S. was my assistance today and she was exceptionally helpful and insightful. She had me set up quickly and even helped me get connected through the app. All around great experience. Glad to have this store in my neighborhood.

Absolutely wonderful staff! They helped me find the best plan, walked us every step of the way and migrated our old phones to the new ones. Very knowledgeable as we ended up having an issue with one of the phones and they knew exactly what to do to fix it!

Excellent customer service!! Recently I fell for a 'phishing' scam. I was so upset & asked my son what to do. He recommended that I reset all my devices. I didn't know how to do that for my cell so I went to the TMobile store on Palm Valley. Anna greeted me as soon as I walked in. After telling her my concerns. she got to work. She backed up my contacts & photos and did a reset to clean out any spyware. I felt a weight lifted off me, knowing it was safe to use my phone again. She was friendly, and knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing while I watched, answering all my questions in terms I could understand.Anna was very patient with me (I'm 70+) and that's very important with seniors. I highly recommend this TMobile store & Anna for excellent products & service.??

customer service notated a memo in my account that "in-store" an employee was able to call customer service and resolve my issue. upon arrival i watched all 3 employees (1 being the manager) treat 2 groups of customers like sh*t. moving forward they seemed more than happy to help me and apologized on the behalf of the previous customers which is crazy to me, as I had saw the way the employees treated them. they then, as a group proceeded to listen to me and slowly lose interest in my situation seeing I wasn't planning on giving them my money to help there commissions and help pay for there luxurie. One particular employee opened my account and proceeded to read the customer service representative I spoke to's note and stopped reading as she got to the part saying an in store employee could solve my problem. they accumaltively read the end of the memo stating if they called on my behalf and verified me that they could help. 2 of the employees (one being the manager) went into the back for 2-3 minutes before coming out and decided to push me out of the store as they did the last 2 families before me. I can only assume they trashed talked me shortly after once the next customer came in. not only is the company a very fine print, loophole filled contract trapping company, it seems the employees operate on the same level of manipulation and trickery. good luck to anyone who walks in that establishment

Dropped my samsung phone again so time to upgrade... never a task i look forward to! My sister went with me to make it easier and luckily we went to the 79 location. There's always a wait, but we got Zacchary... he really knew his stuff and didn't pressure us with tons of frills. It took a bulit over an hour, but for me it was seamless. Zacchary was efficient, fast, friendly and super-tech- literate...and he had my phone all switched over and my sister's new watch-phone-thingie syched and running. Love it!.
