I was pleased with the oil change and tire rotation services, they were performed efficiently and met expectations. However, I’m not fully satisfied because the rear light bar issue remains unresolved. The only solution offered was to purchase a replacement either directly from the shop or through an aftermarket source, which was disappointing. Based on this experience, I rated the service 4 out of 5.

I had a great experience at Steele’s service department thanks to Stephen. He was extremely helpful, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. GMC Steel has the best dealer service. Worth the hour plus one way drive. I have been using this dealer for any issues and required maintenance. Local dealers service takes over a week to get your car in and days to get your car back to you. GMC Steel gets my car in right away and gets it back to me. My advisor Stephen S. Is the best. Today's visit was great. I brought my truck in for an oil change and for the shop to run diagnostics to try and resolve a problem that's been plaguing me since I bought the truck, 3/24. The audio would spontaneously just stop working. The only way it would start again is when you shut the truck off and let it 'reboot'.
The truck was ready the next day. I am so glad that they FINALLY fixed the audio problem.
Two issues. One, How long have they known that they had the fix? They knew I've been having this problem forever. They could have called. Anyway, it's fixed now and I'm grateful. And, after the software upgrade that fixed the sound system problem, the Android Auto needed to be resynced (phone to car link reestablished). This should have been done BEFORE I left the shop, not left for me to figure out on my own.
Side note, I signed up for the loyalty program when I bought the truck. It was worth it. Saving money on routine maintenance.

We had an amazing experience! My daughter was purchasing her first car as an adult, and Dylan went above and beyond to help us find the perfect one with great safety features and excellent mileage. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciate the team for staying late to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism it really made this milestone special for our family!

Great service! bought the tire and wheel insurance when I bought my Sierra 1500 and never thought I would use it. Well, when I found I had a leak and stopped into a Discount Tire to air it up we saw it was a sidewall leak (which is unrepairable). Discount put my spare on and I called Steele GMC to let them know. Steele instructed me to drop the wheel and tire off and they would replace the tire!. I stopped back in the following day and they remounted my new tire and wheel!. Great job and great service, thanks Kyra and all who helped.
