I am very happy making an appt and walking in at my scheduled time and get my son's hair cut. Very quick. Raquel is very good. My son ALWAYS looks great walking out after his cut. The store is very nice and clean. And the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
Stylist: Raquel is great! You tell her what you want done and she does it. She's quick and precise and very friendly.

Alex with his gentle hands is an experience, wait times vary drastically so it’s hit or miss on a quick in and out but no matter who cuts my hair it always looks fantastic and I have the confidence of Thor for at least three days.

After arriving at my appt on time, Alex told me to come back "tmmrw" after I had booked and confirmed my appointment online. He explains that he has to go to lunch, then they close at 6.. so what's the point in making an appointment? Mind you my appt was scheduled for 5:15, make that make sense.
