I asked for a couple inches off the bottom to clean it up, max 3 inches. They cut off over 10 inches. The hairdresser barely spoke any English, she said “here?” Before cutting my hair. I said “yes” and tried to communicate just a little bit off. She spun me around to start cutting the backside. She doesn’t at any point turn me around to confirm where she’s cutting so I assumed we were all good with the little bit I wanted off. She told me to look down when she had started cutting the back. I was getting some work done on my phone while she cut the back (where I couldn’t see what she was doing anyway) and I looked up as she started the front side and all my hair was gone.I didn’t even know what to say, I was in shock. And even the parts in the front were so choppy, I had no words.My boyfriend called and they said the manager would call in 1 hour and not to worry because they didn’t charge me (which was a lie, I still paid on my way out).The manager didn’t call in an hour so he called back multiple times trying to get a better number to call.When the manager finally talked to us, she said “that’s not what my hairdresser told me,” and preceded to not offer any solutions or money back (just asked for coaching tips for her girl) and when we were upset, she just said “I’ll call you back later when you’re not upset.” Like what??? YALL CUT ALL MY HAIR OFF.

I made a appointment at 1am to get a haircut . I was on my lunch break and today at 1 it was the only time I had available. I get there around 12:55. She was just finishing up with a customer no big deal. She then takes another customer the doesn’t have a scheduled appointment. Why give customers the option to set appointments if your not going to follow them?! Very frustrating

Alex is the ONLY person here I'll let cut my hair. The Asian lady did such a bad job one time I let her cut my hair that one side was completely off level than the other side. Alex takes his time and does an amazing job every single time.

Hair was cut way too short, It does look good. Just a little too much in length was taken off.

I have visited many supercuts locations & this one is by far the slowest I have been to. Wait was 1 hr. 37 min. with 2 people ahead with basic haircuts & 2 stylists. The haircut I get at other locations take anywhere from 10 min. to 15 min. & here it took 40 min. The place was clean & efficient overall but not the wait time you expect of a supercuts. Be prepared to kill a few hours.

Got my hair cut by a girl named Cooper 3/25/23 and I asked her use my longest layer on my hair to stay with that length and she said ok I told her that my hair is curly my hair is down to my waist so don't go shot she never wet my hair she never parted my hair while she never even wet my hair she never took off this leather jacket she wore it the whole time she cut my hair. so when I got home to style my hair it was not even cut the way I wanted at all she cut all my hair off I she just chopped cut my hair so when I tried calling the store it was closed already. so the I went to the store and asked to speak with a manager The same girl Cooper was there and told me that she was the manager I showed her what she did to my hair she told me she would fix it I told her I did not want a cut from her to to have another cut from her. I told her I want my money back she told me that I would have to call corporate to get my money back because they don't give refunds back at all . So here I am with my hair all missed up from what she did to me . I will never ever again get my hair done at this place ever again Here are pictures of my hair to show you what she did not my hair ! Oh and I had to call other store locations to show them what she had did to my hair. The other store took pictures of my hair to show corporate on what she did to my hair.

Stylists do a great job. But they do not allow either web or call-in reservations. Today (Saturday) my two sons and I showed up for haircuts to find only a single stylist working on a wait-list of 6 people. 45 minutes later we'd only moved two spots up that list and left.Summary: Good stylists, frustrating management.

Dusty cut my hair and I like it. There is a wait between walk ins though so it's best if you set an appointment. If you don't mind waiting for 30, minutes.
