Signed in with a stated wait time of 20-25 minutes but got started after a 5 minute wait.
Requested style: Showed the stylist a photo my daughter sent me and added feathered and layered which my daughter also told me to use. It turned out very well. It also did not require a lot of effort and special products to replicate. I have lead a low maintenance life for over 60 years.

Do not believe the online check in times!
Only one employee working for hours on a Saturday. We checked in online for 1:15pm and arrived at 1:10. There were 3 men waiting and only one employee. I waited there with my son (who was to get the haircut). I kept thinking another employee was at lunch and would arrive but after an entire hour we still were waiting. One of the men who had been waiting ahead of us left. Another customer walked in and stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes and was not greeted due to the one employee being in the back washing the customers hair. He left. After than I realized no one else was showing up to help her and we had somewhere to be in 35 minutes so my son and I left. We wasted a whole hour of our day. Never going back there.

It has been a while since my last hair cut! I finally had the time to go in and usually don’t got but every year. I am always a little on the nervous side but EVA was amazing! We talked like old friends and I cannot thank her enough for this much needed hair cut and talk! I will for sure be requesting her again when I come to get a hair cut… probably sooner than a year because of her!
