I called and asked a simple question and some arrogant female answered the phone and was very rude I find it puzzling how she hasn’t gotten fired or even qualified to work there. I recommend the other T Mobil stores

The worst customer experience, Ever. Called store due to a issue with an UNAUTHORIZED plan change. Was transferred to Manny, the store manager who should not be in management. He was not empathetic to our situation involving one of his employees committing fraud on our account. He hung up on me. I called back multiple times to get a busy signal. Finally got a hold of Michael who said Manny just left. Hmmmm. The place is a disgrace. Based on this experience, you can tell the employees can do whatever they want with no accountability. Maybe T-mobile needs to invest in holding their stores accountable for their actions. The stores govern themselves by stating I need to call a toll free number to speak to someone else. They can't even access my account unless I go to the store. Disappointed customer.

I always have such a horrible experience at this location. They are never busy but that's because they just tell you to call customer service. They never have my screen protector replacement and instead of having it mailed to me like at other locations, they refer me to call 611. Any question I asked was answered with a referral to call 611. Don't waste your time going to this location, they will NOT help you AT ALL.

The chance of them having what your looking for not likely. Last person I dealt with had a bad attitude. Rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing. I suggest going 2 miles down the road a bit to the store next to Home Depot.

Me and my fiancé there there today and we tried to get his phone traded in but they kept holding off on helping us, the employee that helped us just kept checking her phone and barely was any help at al only to tell us last minute that the phone we tried getting was out of stock, maybe please start off with hey we don't have the phone in stock, worst customer service ever do not recommend going here

Dani and Kellz really came through for me last week! I went in with a phone that decided it was done, and I was pretty distraught since I'm a medical courier and delivery driver. I NEED my phone to function to be successful in my careers. Dani worked on my phone, doing everything possible to get it to work again, but it was done, and I needed something RIGHT THEN, or I couldn't do my jobs. Kellz stepped in and they both made sure I had a new phone AND Wi-Fi before I walked out of the store!! Really saved me in a serious time of need!! Can't thank those 2 enough!! ????

Absolutely phenomenal service! They assisted me with an Upgrade and went above and beyond. Truly a remarkable experience that was very informative. They even gave me a few recommendations to explore and hike throughout the Round Rock / Austin Area! 10/10 Will conduct all my T-Mobile needs at this store, highly recommend!

I wouldn't even rate this store a 1, inaccurate advice, no promo options delivered to Me, they don't have anything in stock EVER!! After the customer before me. Left bc they didn't have 2 different phones in stock, the sales guy Dylan made me wait to tell the same thing... for the highest priced phone... I was in there in June trying to buy an iPad, we don't have those in stock... asked said Dylan can you see if another store has it, response was we are not allowed to do that... learned this is a franchise store not corporate and it shows

I have always had a Samsung Phone and last week my phone got a virus that shut it down. So I went to the Metro store and the convinced me to purchase a T-Mobile brand phone REVVL 6 Pro. Not only is it a terrible phone, with a bad battery life, all the features are flawed. They would not allow me to return or exchange this phone. I contacted TMobile and not only did they refuse to help me but they do not stand behind their product, please do not purchase any T-Mobile brand phones. I am now stuck with a phone I will not use. Because I just purchased anot Samsung phone which are amazing
