Clothing department is disaster you can't find anything hardly at all if you walk in it looks okay but if you try to search for anything it's impossible ,everything's a mess disorganized can't find anything it needs to be organized .

I came in to buy gifts and I was confronted by an employee in electronics for wearing a NBA hat! gtfo its sports kids like that shouldn't work there if they think it's funny being a punk and talking mad smack and cussing at customers cause one day someone gonna knock that kid out!

I went to this location on Saturday because they were able to fulfill an online order when no other locations had things in stock. While I was impressed with the speed and courtesy of the service desk, I was also impressed with how much more inventory this location had than other locations -- not to mention the cleanliness. As we were leaving with just one other small purchase, we were surprised by one of the team members who offered to check us out on her mobile device. In other words, probably the best big box retail experience I've had in a very long time.

Overall experience was hassle free. Clean store and friendly staff to help. Prices were also very reasonable and things were easy to find.

COVID HOTSPOT ‼‼ Do not come to this target unless you want covid! This store has had at least 7 team members test positive for Covid within the last month alone. The target at Austin North on 8601 research has had at least 5 cases that im aware of by a fellow coworker at that location. Target does not care about its "guests". They are getting innocent people sick because they fail to clean the premises as they should. They boast of extensively cleaning after each case reported but how is it that team members are getting it back to back all within weeks of each other. And who knows how many guests have gone home and ended up getting sick themselves. Each time I come in for work there is no difference. The store looks, smells, and feels exactly as it did when I've returned the following day after the 'cleaning'. And it's not even a company that comes in to sanitize. It's the target janitors. Nothing against them but it consists of like 3 people for the entire store and back rooms and are only there in the early mornings. People keep getting ill because of Targets lack of morality. With that many cases of Covid in a store I feel the public has a right to know. Target should of addressed this but they don't care they want to meet their daily quota on sales. Someone on Reddit Target reported a case of 30 team members. Target doesn't value the fellow team members who still have to go to work, not knowing if they'll catch Covid too and bring it to their families. Target, you can do better! Also I had to make a new Yelp just to write this review so Target doesn't know it was me lol but point is don't shop here. Stay safe and happy holidays!

Love this Target. All in all the staff is really friendly and helpful. One sweet lady who is a greeter or stocks the $1 area is beyond amazing. Unfortunately there is one lady who I’ve ran into a couple of times at the self checkout who is incredibly mistrustful and is constantly questioning whether I scanned everything or one time I went back in for something else and she questioned my first round of purchases. I expect that from Walmart but not from the Target I spend so much time at that many know me. I just don’t get it does she treat all like this or is she after me. So far I still outweigh the good but it just leaves me feeling terrible every time she confronts me.

Awesome customer service! After going to two other targets looking for some AirPods , I called ahead this time and confirmed 11 were in stock at this location. I get there and none. David looked up in the system and it showed 0. So as you can understand, I was pretty upset. My frustration was let’s say pretty obvious. So David said he would go look in the back just to be sure. In the meantime Alejandro overheard me being upset. He came over and said he remembered seeing them earlier and that he would go help David look for them. Sure enough him and David came back with exactly what I was looking for. Alejandro and David went above and beyond, even though Alejandro could have ignored us and kept doing what he was doing, he knew he could help and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!!

I have been looking for a toy that is sold out everywhere. The website shows Limited stock and when I got to the store the Shelf is empty. I found Fonzo and ask him if it could possibly be in any additional location. He pulled up on the app that an order just came in two hours ago so he headed to the back to try to find it for me. He came back out and let me know he was needed somewhere else but he had someone else looking for me. A few minutes later Manny came out with the exact item I was looking for. Exceptional service by both!!!

I went in to Target three times last week to buy a specific item and despite saying it was in stock, it wasn’t. Later I found out it was in the back and they can’t get it out. They told me to call in to check to save my time. So I just called target and someone put me on hold and then hung up on me. So I called again and she kept hanging up on me? I had to call 5+ times for her to finally pick up. She automatically puts me on hold. When she finally picks up the phone, she is super rude and mean!I get that your busy but I just had one simple question to ask. Our conversation was only a few seconds long. And to top it off, she also didn’t even answer my question.Target should do better.

Buying cloths Target.com is one hell of process and frustration. It says 2 delivery etc., but they ship it from other countries and UPS will hold the packages in the store. If we contact them, UPS will say contact Target and Target will say contact UPS. I dont know why would a customer keep calling UPS and Target to get their product. TARGET you need to improve your customer service persons with accurate answer's not always generic information.

I recently had a need for a small dual exhaust fan for my window. I looked in all the usual places like Walmart and home Depot who claimed to have it, but did not. While I will be honest in saying that I've been to Target perhaps twice in my life I thought I'd give them a try as they were in the same area as home Depot and Walmart. Well, to my surprise, they had the dual exhaust fan for less than the other places that claimed to have it but did not. Kudos to Target for the unexpected surprise.

The staff here is so incredibly nice. I can tell that they are short-staffed, but everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful despite how busy they are. Very pleasant experience, and I wish everyone working here well

Honestly best for drive ups and going inside. The employees actually seem more lively than other ones. I found this after the Target in Pflugerville would always mess up my drive-up orders. Ordered here and always get everything correctly!

I shop at target at least 2-3 times a week and spend between $25-$150 each time. I’m usually treated with respect and kindness. I have had 20 leg surgeries from a boating accident 5 years ago. My leg hurts constantly. Today I went in to the one in round rock, Louis henna, and I returned something that didn’t fit my child, and then went and looked at their $5 section and women’s leggings. I had a handful and no basket so I put it in the reusable bag I had had the return in. I was going to go get a basket and put them in and then continue to shop around. My leg was really hurting so I was struggling holding it. Before I could even stand all the way up from leaning over my leg and balancing the items I was trying to carry, a cashier rushed to me, took all the items, said he was “helping” and then said I’ll check you out at this register. I wasn’t even done and he was assuming I was trying to take the items I guess? I don’t know why because I was literally right in front of them and had no purse. I said I usually use self checkout to see my target app and check deals. He started doing them all for me and I said slow down. I’m paying two separate transactions. He was so rude and judgmental which you’d think he wouldn’t be. . He was maybe 20 and acted without any tact or respect, dressed sloppy and very unprofessional. He treated a person with disability with disrespect and 0 kindness or effort to actually help.he didn’t ask if I was done. Or if I needed help finding anything. If he thought I was trying to be sneaky he could have waited until I was by doors leaving, not right by employees near register . Before any negative action on my part he judged me. I’ve never stolen in my life. I will not be going there again. I never write reviews either. First time, but I’m beyond offended.
