Today I did my 1st target run without my babies since they were born and let’s just say it showed! lol I lost my phone and didn’t realize it until I was about to pay. Diana was SO kind to me , she rung me up so when I got back all I had to do was pay. She expressed real concern for me , and was so helpful with my target app and getting my discounts from the app. Thanks Diana for being so kind to this forgetful mama 🤍

This Target location use to be so neat & well kept. The last few times I have gone there the store looked like it had a storm blow through it, messy, cloths on the floor, racks of things needing to be put away left in front of merchandise, racks of things that clearly need to have sizes together are scattered all over the place, I mean, if it had been the day after Black Friday sale, maybe I would understand, but it is NEVER crowded - just a mess.

Heads-up to anyone visiting the Target Starbucks on Louis Henna (across from Walmart):
I had a disappointing experience at this location that I feel the community should be aware of. I was offered a cheese danish from their bakery display case, which was visibly full of gnats. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they were dismissive and still attempted to charge me for my drink — despite the clear sanitation issue.
The manager on duty, as well as the staff, were unprofessional and not at all concerned about the condition of the food on display or the overall customer experience. I’m not sharing this to invite negative comments, but simply to raise awareness for anyone who frequents this spot. I hope the issue is addressed soon for the safety and well-being of other customers.

Ordered Lavander Matcha and they didn't put enough Lavander. I asked them to fix the issue, but employees talked back about thats how it is. I get the drink often and know what it looks like. They explained how they weren't going to redo it, and said i can have the powder to mix it in myself.

this target is currently a DISASTER. i never care to complain about things like this but it is impossible to find anything you are looking for here. the makeup/beauty section and the clothing sections are all unimaginably disorganized and trashed. garbage and used products are EVERYWHERE. i understand it is just after the holidays, but there is no way that the workers here are actually doing their jobs. i hope they find the help they need, because this was just gross.

Being Christmas Eve, the store was packed. The customer service representative Shannon working on pick up orders was amazing! She was very courteous and calm in all of the chaos going on and provided excellent service.

Victor up front has been so helpful every time I’ve come in. Having a oversized cart worth of stuff and at closing time, he professionally and courteously checked me out in record time. We need more people like him, who actually fits the narrative of customer service. That’s a very good employee you have there

This is for the drive up department.
They just mark stuff as out of stock when clearly the associate is just too lazy to fulfill it.
I placed an order for mini fridge and was told it was out of stock for drive up .
5 minutes later I found it myself in store right where all of the other appliances were and when I told the initial associate who fulfilled my order she didn’t seem surprised at all.

Whenever I go, everything is thrown away, it's difficult to walk with the cart through the aisles, and they never have earrings.
