Consistently under filled medications 3 times now. At this point I have to consider it an intentionally malicious act. I’ve literally counted in my car a medication that is once a day, and gotten 20 where it should’ve been 30. I had to go back in.
I’ve tried to support this small, local business through these errors but I think anyone could understand that it’s often impossible to get a refill before your meds are scheduled to run out this many times in a row, as your doctor will assume negative of you and your intentions.
I will not be returning and do not recommend anyone go here.

My interaction with this pharmacy for the past month has been difficult, to say the least. It just seems that their compounding services are not very organized. I spent 2 weeks trying to get my compounding solution filled. I was told to call another location to get it filled and then asked to go back to another location. I finally got it filled after speaking directly to the pharmacist - their technicians are never helpful. But once again, on my most recent call, I was advised it would take up to 7 days to get it filled due to the holiday season, but I would be called once complete. Apparently, it was filled, and I did not receive any update until I called to inquire. Their delivery will take another 5 days. So I will just send my scripts to a mail in pharmacy going forward. I do not receive updates unless I call. This is not the first time, and my patience is done.
Update 12/30
I received a phone call from the Pharmacist on Friday letting me know that my review caused issues with bonuses. There was not apology for the inconvenienced caused by the team but just excuses. I was told that the item would be delivered the following day, 3 days later no delivery. I called again and was told they will need to call me back. It would be nice to get my script before end of week. Only time will tell

Most painful company, their systems are not connected between their locations. Its a headache calling every location and pleasing for the prescription to get fullfilled. Its a headache dealing with these people.

an absolute headache. I will be going elsewhere. No one seemed to know how their own company worked. I was transferred probably 4 times and they all contradicted each other. When asking if I could get my prescription the response was "if it was me, I could do it it only takes 5 minutes. But to be honest our pharmacist is lazy. So no it can't be today." I called a week ago and they said it would be ready. Then I called today to make sure I was ready and they said I never called before. I do not trust this place one bit.

If there were more stars to give, they'd get them from me! Nick with Texan pharmacy has always gone above and beyond for me! He's literally a top tier pharmacist and I'll forever be grateful for his kindness!

This place is the worst pharmacy i have ever gone through. There will always be a problem with getting your medicine. DO NOT USE THEM!! Use anything but them.

I love this pharmacy because the stuff members are really nice and very helpful. One time I called after the pharmacy was closed and they still helped me.

I prefer small independent pharmacies. My insurance changed this past January, and it's been so stressful making sure I'm receiving all my medications. But the pharmacist, Nick, has been so helpful.

If I could give more stars I would. The pharmacist was incredibly helpful. I have never felt so taken care of before. I had a perception that’s was going to cost 1000$ and the pharmacist personally called me help get the cost down. He saved me 955$. I also found out that every single prescription I have significantly reduced getting it from here. He also stayed open late so I could pick it up. He was very knowledgeable about the medication and took his time to help me understand what it was. I’m so grateful to find this pharmacy. It has a real small town feel.

Extremely positive experience. I needed a presciption that HEB couldnt get on time. They did the extra mile spending hour on a phone to get the medicine i needed. Thanks to them, i was able to feel better the same day, and not wait days. They earn a customer.

I don't usually write reviews, but becauseI Nick went way beyond the call of duty, I wanted to make an exception. My mother, a long time customer of Texan Pharmacy, got sick and needed medication as soon as possible. I left a message on the pharmacy voicemail to see if there was a way to get the prescription filled on Sunday. Nick called me shortly after I left a message. He was out of town, but would be coming into town about 1000 pm, New Years Eve night. He said he would go straight to the pharmacy and feel the prescriptions. In addition, he said he would deliver the meds to my house, which he did. He also has called this morning to check on Mom. It is so refreshing and down right moving that a person would care so much to do this for us on a Sunday and especially on such a special day as New Years Eve.Over the years Nick has come to my family's rescue. He is like an old fashion pharmacist...if you have questions about meds, both prescriptions and over the counter meds, he is there to help you and answer your questions. One example comes to mind. Mom had Thrush in her mouth, and he suggested an over the counter remedy, which worked like a charm.Nick and Texan Pharmacy brings me much comfort, knowing he is there to help especially with my disabled Mom.

Texan Pharmacy deserves a solid 5 stars! Nick was super helpful with my prescriptions and provided exceptional customer service. His professionalism and efficiency ensured a hassle-free experience. I have not had a pleasant experience picking up my prescription at any pharmacy with long wait time or customer service, until my healthcare provider suggested Texan Pharmacy. Nick's helpful demeanor and the kind staff at Texan Pharmacy made the process seamless. I’m so glad to have switched to them for all my prescription needs. After my initial experience with Texan Pharmacy, I will continue to be a loyal customer to this business. Highly recommend their services!

I’m writing this review b/c I have just been spoken too in such a rude manner and almost belittled by Nick/pharmacist. I’ve been taking a medication that unfortunately has become very popular. But I’m not taking it for “that reason” and many of us have been taking it for medical reasons. I do medically need it, for my health problems. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about 1.5 yrs. But I have been filling the “medication” at this pharmacy since February. Since then I have not had issues getting it refilled except the last 2 months, I called this month to make sure there were no issues and I could have my medication filled. So I called to check and guess what?!… there were issues. The part that bothers me the most is….be honest don’t blame the insurance or the distributor or go around with stories that as you speak you get caught in your own lies. Then asked me so are you taking other prescriptions?? Hhhmmm yes! But the worse thing is how he spoke to me and the way he assumed!! I was taking it for the “popular reason” that is not the case for me. It is my last straw and I immediately called another pharmacy and transferred my prescription. You would think someone with higher education would know not everyone is taking it for the popular reason. Some of us actually do need it!!!In previous wks there has been other issue as well for example telling me they were going to call my Dr to get the refills I needed but tht never happened. Me having to make multiple calls to follow up. Again getting the run around also telling someone…well you could go somewhere else! This is the reason why sometimes it’s hard to support small business.
