They are selling the expired stuff to me. I brought it and checked the item from the cosmetic date APP. They are the product from 2020. !!!!!!!!!!! Shame on the manager of this store

Scheherazade, rude, rude, rude! I simply asked if they had mascara. She/he said to your left. So I looked to my left, not seeing it. She/he said, you're not seeing it? I said I'm not seeing mascara. So she/he walks over, and grabs "try me" testers and said these are them. Sorry, but I was expecting to see mascara in a box, not used by everyone "testers" she/he said I have them behind the counter. Oh, the counter you were leaning on when I was asking where the mascara is. So sorry to disturb you. But seriously, The picture shows the tester mascara, like how would I even spot that. Put your merchandise in a box where customers can spot it better. Who's expecting to look through tester when buying a product. Nasty, rude, how do you even have a job? Eat a Snickers Bar!

I had the worst customer service I have ever received since arriving in the US. The attendant Scheherazarde was rude to me, pressuring me to buy a product that was not the same as the tester.I bought it, but I went back to buy more products and show her that it wasn't the same product. Again, she was rude, and even touched me, holding my wrists, when I took out my cell phone to take a picture of her name.Also, she didn't finalize my purchase and said she would call security because I didn't pay for the product I was taking.It was humiliating and inhumane how she treated me and probably how she treats other customers as per the comments here.

How a cosmetics store with everything final sale stays in business is beyond me. They make sure to remind you of their promotions but fail to mention your little detail.

Prices are good but workers are rude and have straight attitude. I was there yesterday, wasnt greeted or offered any help. When I went up to ask a question I didn’t even get to ask a question and they just yelled the price at me. I didn’t even bother. Change your employees!

Always find what I need. Staff is friendly. In defense of the people working there, this store operates with only one employee at times.

Went in looking for a gift for my niece. Asked if they have a sampler style of makeup. Something with several different items in it but nothing too heavy. She suggested that I try the dollar store and they don't give samples. I tried to explain that wasn't what I wanted. I just mean a collection of basic products, mascara, lip stuff blush but she was all about talking over me and didn't bother listening to me. When I left she just gave me an attitude and told me to have a great day in a very sarcastic tone. The lady working was just rude and wouldn't know customer service if bit her.

Best customer service ever. Store in NH did not have the product I wanted so she (Nora) recommend I call Georgia. They had what I wanted at a cheaper price and mailed it to me. But what I want to say is the customer service is excellent. The young women I spoke to in both states were so cheerful and helpful. Loved it love the store

The Cosmetic Company outlet store Gunwharf quays Portsmouth. Absolutely shocked by the customer service and returns policy. I bought an expensive Christmas gift for my wife yesterday only to find out that it was one she didn’t like. No problem I thought, I still have the receipt. However, I was informed by the staff that once it leaves the store I can’t return for hygiene purposes. I explained that I was never told this and that didn’t make sense as it’s still in its original packaging. The advised me it was on the back of the receipt, but again this made no sense as I’d made the purchase by then. They should have large signage on the doors. They simply wouldn’t entertain refunding or swapping the gift. I was fobbed off with a call centre number. On leaving the store I read the receipt and there is absolutely nothing about hygiene, although it does state that you can only get a refund if faulty. All they had to do was allow me to swap the gift, now I will never use this company again. This is simply atrocious service.
