Highly, highly recommend this venue. We had our daughter's wedding there in December of 2023 and it was a wonderful experience. One key thing to keep in mind is that any changes (like adding time) have to be made 30 days in advance.

We just certainly attended a sweet 15 there and it was very beautiful, but there was no AC!! It was hot as hell!! People beware and before you rent it out make sure you know ...if they have AC or not.

The Rabb House is perfect for those looking for a truly DIY affordable indoor / outdoor venue. They allow you to bring your own food and drinks, without requiring any licensing to serve, or extra security or insurance, as other venues hide in their fine print. Plenty of tables and chairs are provided. They have a prep kitchen, refrigerator, ice maker, and audio-visual system. Staff were hands-off but adequately helpful.

Saw several homeless sitting on train tracks watching kids. Creepy!
Will not go there for a while till they rid the creeps from lurking.

My daughter just got married there and the staircase is alone for the entrance of the bride is amazing in the view is great I'm glad that's the place she picked to get married it's beautiful

The Rabb house made the perfect venue for our wedding. We did have some communication issues however they were worked out. I’d definitely recommend this venue for future brides.

I booked the Rabb House for my wedding. It was affordable, beautiful, and convenient. They had security included in the package. There is a dressing room, a kitchen, an indoor space, an elevator, parking next to the elevator, and a ton of chairs
