We had scheduled a pickup of our semi brand new furniture in excellent condition for free! They called me the morning of pickup with an excuse that they couldn't pick up even though we scheduled it far in advance, lousy and very unprofessional. Too bad someone missed out on some nice furniture. Their loss.

We attempted to donate some very nice pieces of furniture, but they were not “good enough”.

I've been a fan of salvation army for as long as I can remember. This week I went to drop off clothing and furniture as I've done many times in the past, and it was all accepted. I had a couch that I couldn't fit in my truck and so I brought it back on its own. It was 7:30 in the morning so I went to unload it myself, and what I'm assuming is the manager pulled up to tell me not to unload it that it was trash and they couldn't sell it. When I told him I didn't understand what he was talking about, because I've been in their store and they have furniture, he proceeded to tell me that it was junk and to keep it in my truck. He pointed out it didn't have cushions, so I pointed out to him that it did have cushions that were tucked away because they would have flown away in the truck. He said fine unload it got in his car and drove around. It would have been nice had he not been so self-righteous in his presumption of me throwing away trash. I'm assuming they get stuff like that all the time, and I understand why he would be leery of furniture. Once I pointed out I had everything it needed for them to resell it, he should have at least offered an apology for jumping to conclusions. I guess it shows that even good places that have decent causes attached to them Can still have people who feel like they're better than everyone else. The staff in the store has always been great, and I have found most people there to be nice. I wish it wasn't lead by that guy. Attached you will find a picture of the couch. It's dated but still very usable.

Great thrifting. It's always hit and miss. Some days there are treasures. Some days, I leave with nothing. Lots of clothes and housewares. Sometimes they have grest donations of new items. I saw some puzzles for older kids or adults. They have some counters of costume jewelry and nicer stuff. Took a stroll through furniture to look at lamps. I was specifically looking for Christmas decore and / or itens to enhance the Holiday table. Didn't find much for me but there's lots of goodies worth a peek.

A great example of how easy it is to reuse, recycle and repurpose retail of all kinds. I love going here, because the staff is so helpful (inside). It does not always have such variety as other locations and a bit inconvenient access for parking. I finally found a piece of furniture that fit my small living room and could not pass up the great bargain for good quality. I was a bit irritated that it too over 20 minutes of waiting in the back to get someone's attention to bring my item to me. It should have been where there's a designated spot to temporarily park and get service ( also not be in the way of other vehicles trying to drop off donations). When I finally did get my service and the eorker helped me load; I was irate that they did not help me tie down ( or at least give me some hint to do so, securely) for my drive home. Not even compassion in the "tone if voice" from the worker about their lack of "tie down guidance". Thank goodness for the help of a donor to not just give me guidance, bit give me rope to tie down my item. I would have appreciated a "heads up", so that I would have been prepared. I will keep my hesitation set; if I find myself motivated to purchase any furniture in the future. For buying household items; especially pictures-yes. A nice selection of art and lamps.

I enjoy shopping here, I don’t like other shops grabbing tags as soon as they open. Sometimes hard to get the newer items, resales get them!

Stopped here at opening and see the trash is overflowing. The A/C was either out, turned off, or set way to high. I felt sorry not only the customers but also the employees who have to work in those conditions. Pretty sad I think.

This store has a lot of furniture and clothes. The pricing was wildly all over the place with no real rhythm or reason. I actually found a pair of tower shelves that were placed in different locations. One was priced at $399 and the other was $799. There were also 4 dining room chairs that each were priced at 934 I believe. I assume it was for the entire set but almost $1000 for 4 dining chairs seems like a lot. I happened to get items that were home goods and randomly none of them had price tags. Luckily for me they were under $10 each.

This store has a great selection and I always find treasures! However…the employees here are so RUDE! They are so aggressive when it’s closing time (which I understand, I’ve worked retail) but this was at 7:58 PM not 8:15 PM.I thought this was a Christian organization??? Jesus would never yell at me the way these employees do. They put the ARMY in Salvation Army.
