They said it would take 30 to 40 mins, and to expect a call soon. I never got a call, waited an hour to call them back and all they said was we'll have the driver call you. It took 20 mins before I heard from the driver, and he quoted me another 30 min wait. I called originally at 8 am and the driver finally got here at 10. The driver was nice though.Service: Car towing
