The studio is cozy and welcoming, easy to find, good parking. Anna is great! She is attentive and patient, listened to my whole hair story, had some diagnostic ideas about why it had changed the past 2 years, helped me deal with it in a couple of different ways, including giving me a great new haircut that embraces my volume and my waves rather than fights it. I will be back for retouches, confidence boosts and inspiration. I can imagine how badly she is missed in Austin, TX, but I am very happy she decided to move to the Triangle.

I absolutely LOVE my hair now! Anna did a whole hair color/change as I wasn't happy with my blonde highlights that were growing out. She worked her magic and got a color that I'm in love with it. I had her free 15 min consult 2 weeks prior to my appointment as we discussed my hair goals where she was able recommend a color that would best suite my natural style. She brought my curls back to life with her great products and curly cut style. I am new to the NC area and I am so happy I found a reliable hairstylist who I can trust to make me feel gorgeous. Can't wait to go back for future touch ups!

I have gone to Anna for all of my hair needs for well over 10 years. She is absolutely one of the very best hair stylists I've ever seen, which is why once I found her, I never let anyone else touch my hair! I love that she will tell me straight up whether or not a color or style will work on my hair and explain why. I have gotten to the point that I always go with whatever color she recommends for my hair and it always turns out beautiful. I'm also so much more educated about my wavy hair now than I ever was, and because of that, I now proudly wear my hair more natural after years and years of straightening it. She helped me grow out an undercut that I had for years, and did it so well that I literally had no awkward period while it was growing out. She is a lot of fun to talk to while she's doing my hair and always knows about the best new books to read or the coolest new shows to watch. I've followed her to several different salon locations over the many years and they all have been comfortable, beautiful and relaxing. She is truly an expert at her craft and knowledgeable about all of the products she offers. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

Anna is very professional and did a phenomenal job working with my curly hair. I've never had someone who actually made my curls bounce and work better for me. Along with having great products, the salon is cute and very clean.

I never thought I would find someone to tame this curly mane but Anna is my person! Prior to going to her I always wore my hair in a ponytail because I felt like my hair was unmanageable. She showed me the right products and gave me a great Devacurl cut. I never wear my hair up anymore. I love showing off my curls!

I do not recommend. Would give no stars.After reading raving reviews I took her first available appointment (12 weeks out), and it was just awful. Anna insulted and berated me and my hair repeatedly during the service, in front of another client. When she was done, she didn't ask what I thought. Instead, she was eager for payment and my exit. I went home with the worst hair of my life. I even tried for an entire week to style it the way she instructed. I finally told her that while it seemed healthier I was overall unhappy. Her response was that I didn't pay enough for a good haircut. She agreed to fix it at our next appointment, which was a month out. I really wanted to let her make it right, so I agreed and waited it out. Days before the scheduled fix, she texted me that it wouldn't work out and canceled my appointment. She then ghosted me when I politely asked for even a partial refund. I spent almost $100 for the worst haircut and worst experience ever. Now I get to pay full price somewhere else on top of this visit with Anna to look anything other than ridiculous. I tried to do things right, but Anna is the worst. So unprofessional. I should never have gone to her.Services: Curly hair

I decided to allow my hair to grow long enough to donate, then began the task of finding a hairdresser who could give me an easy care cut. This was soon after salons were allowed to reopen during the covid pandemic, so getting an appointment was particularly challenging. I'd already determined that Anna Craig was my top choice because my hair is naturally quite curly and her reviews everywhere are fabulous. She specializes in cutting curly hair. The first couple of times I looked at her appointment calendar, there was a 6-8 week wait! One day I checked again and there must have been a cancelation because I was able to get an appointment just a few days later. Anna knew the correct way to bundle my hair for the donation, and made quick work of that. She took one look at the photo I'd brought with me, and within 35 minutes, she'd washed, cut, and dried my hair to perfection. It's been a couple of weeks since my cut and I still love it. I'll be going back next month!

Anna is so good at what she does! Absolutely love my curly girl ouidad hair cut. Not a lot of people have the expertise to cut curly hair. She did a fantastic job :) She explained a lot about how to take care of my curly hair! I used to dread the drying and frizzing and fighting with my hair. I really appreciate her knowledge and I can't wait to wear my hair curly now.
