These guys were highly beneficial and upfront about the repairs. They were hands on, quick, and highly knowledgeable. My repair ended up being an issue away from the device I brought in and they still provided me with a lot of great information.

Had to give 1 star to post. They wanted to charge me $450 to replace the screen on my laptop. Then I tell them not to fix it and go to pick it up and have to wait for over an hour because they only had 1 person working. Would never recommend to anyone.

They made me sign up for Asurion November 25th saying after I waited the 31 days I could file a claim for my laptop to get a new one since my old one was on the verge of breaking I was told to wait and file that they’d accept my claim. Little did I know they punched it through the website without my knowledge before hand which made my laptop claim invalid wasting the 2 payments I made to Asurion.

Took my Pixel 8 in when the screen developed a single column of pink pixels. Two hours later the phone was good as new!

No one these day wiling to help anyone. I bet it would not take a person even 5 minutes to change a protector screen for his customers. No thanks to two people that work there and I told them I am traveling and don't live here. Can you please fix it for me. No either I wait one hour today or one hour Monday they would fix it. I have been in two places cedar Park and round rock park No one are wiling to help these days . No even holiday spirit are there anymore . Sad

After having a very frustrating experience with Asurion to get a claim in for my screen repair, and another Ubreakifix located in downtown Austin I was able to get in at the Round Rock location on the same day with no prior notice. Josue took great care of me and my phone and I'm so very appreciative of that!! I want to add my repair took less than 2 hours, there were other devices ahead of me AND they're operating on limited staff. GREAT JOB!!
