This business (UPS store 3315) has always been helpful, even though I'm not a big, high-volume shipper. A special shout-out to James and Teonna, the manger, who have always been nice, positive and super friendly. As a long-time, if small-time :), customer - I just wanted to say Thank You!

Was transferred to Called this location because my packages are getting left at a locker 5 min away,instead of my front door! talked to Cynthia who said my preference was set at the front door but the driver will deliver the package wherever, and i could call them every time at 9am When i have a package so they can tell the driver to actually follow the directions that we set up in ups my choice for a reason.I think that's insane and yall need to update yalls policy, why do I have to do yalls job and pay yall??

Very unprofessional staff, they lie about my mail and they lost my money order. when I tried to get answers from them, they refused to help me and the young kid in the scooter told me to “ stop bothering them” and every time I go in there now, he hides and refuses to provide service. Not worth the headache, don’t bring your mail here unless you’re ok with losing your package . Worse experience ever.

I would give them a -20 Stars for the $5.95 copy. They wanted to charge me. The employees were fine, but unfortunately, they have a horrible place. Like three dollars I would’ve done it. But $5.95 for a copy and they have a contract with these types of companies.

Arrived just after the employee locked the door at closing time (it was 5:01). I guess she saw me looking forlorn as I was checking my phone to see in another drop-off was open later and came out to get the package from me. Good customer service!
