UPS in general is the worst delivery company I’ve had experience with.In the last two years I have never had a package delivered on time.In some cases the driver made blatant false claims on his report as to why the package couldn’t be delivered, such as no access to the house/in a gated community without (I don’t live in a gated community)One time the driver claimed he made the delivery and I went to the store to see what had happened and the package was in the back room…The lady at the counter says drivers do that sometimes so they don’t get in trouble…Get you stuff together UPS!

The lady that has her teenage son in the office with her stole my daughter item as 1 of 2 was never received. Had to reopen after I left. Do not trust them!

One of the female employee here is rude and has a really bad attitude. The other female employee is totally opposite, very helpful and polite.The queue was long, till out the entrance door. The rude employee was just standing idle and an old couple customer was there with her to return a large number of packages. They were having issues with the QR code for packages not loading on phones for a long time, meanwhile the queue kept getting longer. I was the next customer in front of the queue, and I requested that rude employee to process other packages of other customers in queue while she is waiting for them to show the QR code after it loads. She cut me off and said "I'm helping them right now, only after I'm done with them I'll help you". After me the other lady in the queue also requested her that can't she do work a little bit simultaneously, and she just replied "No, I can't". Eventually the other employee was done with her previous customer so she helped me with the label printing with my QR code, even though I didn't have the packaing box. She was very polite, and also apologized for the long wait.

im not sure how UPS screen their employee, abbey literally behind the computer and kept scanning her stuffs while ignoring my dropoff. When i approached her and ask her again, she raised her voice and gave me attitude. I don't think hospitality business is for herbtw we ended up getting help from the black lady, was polite and even greeted us with a smile

They were able to fulfill our needs and went the extra mile to ensure we received the help we needed during our visit, with a store FULL of customers. Huge kudos to the staff for staying professional and helpful with such a busy line!

Genevieve is great! With a line out the door she helped each person in a timely manner while greeting everyone that came in. She had a smile on her face the entire time :) she helped me and I’ve never been there before. Happy with the service I received!

My printer was not available and I need to print a mailing label to mail my package. I went to this UPS store and they could not print it. I had to 'email' them the label....I tired 5 times and they tried one time using my phone and they did not get any of the emails. The printers they have available are NOT wireless so you cant use them to print things like mailing labels from your phone. Strange that a mailing service does not have a wireless printer available for things like this. The staff was friendly however they were not able to provide the service I needed and a service they should be capable of. So after there I went to the 'Postal Annex' and they were able to print my label right away.
