I recently moved into a condo in Round Rock and had an Amazon package delivered through USPS. I provided all necessary delivery information including the gate code. Despite this, the driver marked the package as “customer requested pickup” which I did not request. That decision was made entirely by the driver.
The driver also tried to claim to the supervisor that they had left multiple delivery attempt cards. That was simply not true. I received only one card and did not get it until later in the week because I split time between two locations. There were no multiple notices and it felt like the driver was just being difficult for no reason.
When I visited the Round Rock post office, the supervisor came across in a very lecturing and condescending way, telling me that “anytime you move you have to fill out this card” as if I am unfamiliar with how moving works. I have lived in multiple places and never had issues like this.
What made it worse was that the tracking information said the package was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, they would not hand me the package. Instead I was told to fill out a card and wait for redelivery on Monday. That message was misleading. If the plan was to redeliver, why tell me to come pick it up and have me wait in a long line just to fill out a form?
The experience was frustrating, poorly communicated, and completely unnecessary. I just hope the package is actually delivered on Monday as promised. This situation could have been handled much more professionally.

I was worried about my package, and this very nice sweet lady I spoke with her earlier and just now she looked into it for me and called me and let me know everything is fine with my package and gave me more details about the third party company we use for our packages for my apartments. She made me feel at ease, her customer service was amazing . She was so nice. She deserves a raise. We need more people like her 🩷

Every staff member I spoke to in this office was kind, professional, and very helpful. I was casually watching their interactions with customers ahead of me in line, and they were so nice and patient with everyone there. Wonderful staff!

Someone is opening my mail. My Mom sent me a birthday card last year and year before that which I didn't receive, she put a gift card in it. This year someone opened it and put it in the mailbox with the envelope torn. They thought they were getting something this year, Sike! Quit opening people's mail, mail carrier!

I sent a package from Europe to a PO Box of that post office and got a notification on the tracking number that a redelivery should be rescheduled.
Since I don't live in the US I can't use their Contact Us support and tried to call 9 times in the last 3 days without someone picking up (I let it ring between 3-10 minutes). Hope the owner of the PO Box will pick up the package in time before it gets sent back to me.

Do not recommend!!! Paid for priority mail. Been 10 days past the expected delivery date and still haven’t received packages. USPS is garbage. Will never use this currier again. So many other options for shipping.

Super friendly customer service. But for some reason they do not have an overnight drop box. I'm just curious as to why they're the only post office in the city that doesn't have an overnight drop box. That's why you only get three stars

Tell me why this post office WILL NOT ANSWER their phone??? I have a package that was shipped to one of my buyers that isn't being delivered and their the last ones to have it but I cant get them on the phone to fix anything. The tracking states their the last ones to have it, that postage is due and the item cannot be delivered. I've shipped thousands of items and this has never happened to me before! I record while I ship and even have pictures regarding the weight of the package. It's a simple package and one I've did many many times before. It's jeans and they go into a poly mailer. Simple.
It's Fedex ground economy. It goes through Fedex and then the post office finishes the delivery. The only thing I can think of is someone working there got confused and did this. It guaranteed 100% is accurate and in fact I often over estimate the weight and dimensions just to be sure this never happens. So what's the problem? I need answers and I can't get them on the phone to help me! I have a buyer with a claim in saying they haven't received their package and a post office that won't answer me.
The last known tracking update shows this post office and it is the buyers local post office. They have the item but won't deliver it! The weight is correct and the dimensions are correct. I'm so sure of myself it is all accurate so what's the issue? It's stuff like this why the post offices around the country has been on the decline. I mean this is absolutely unacceptable. I'm hoping they may read this comment and contact me but I'm not very hopeful at this point.

The automated service is about as useless as the rest of usps. Shipping is insane on packages and they pretty much gaurenteed to be crushed before they get to the location.

I have not been getting my mail and I did not put a change of address. Went to the location and spoke with a supervisor. All she could tell me was the person who delivers the in my area was off and she had no clue what was going on. Took my phone number and has not returned my call. I have called the office and no answer. I guess I will not get my mail
