Arrived late in the day with a cracked/corrupted screen. The employee who assisted was friendly and courteous, not at all put out by having to stay late to help me. I highly recommend this Verizon location.

There is no hesitation in saying “ the best experience ever” and “ everyone in Texarkana and the surrounding areas should do all their Verizon shopping at this store”. Samantha was awesome. She is extremely helpful, patient and very persistent. She went above and beyond to make sure I left there not only with the products I ordered but with another product that is far more advantageous to my needs than I currently had! Her manager(I didn’t get her name) was also very good at her job and the best part was watching them interact with other customers. The way they treat all the customers was with patience. Understanding and compassion. Even the more impatient and frustrated customers! Seriously an awesome experience!

Kaylyn (might’ve misspelled it) rescued me this morning. Had a SIM card issue with my iPhone, and was too stressed to even think clearly. She sat us down and got everything worked out. Like a boss.
