It’s now Monday. I’ve called this dealership 24 times all between 10 when they open to right now currently 12:07....... so for service they get a 1. For communications that’s gonna be a 1. For sales idk I’ve been trying to buy multiple cars and can’t even get a call through or message back or even a voicemail .... so overall 1/5 stars forsure

We purchased a car from VX in August. They are a small family owned business who shoot straight and take good care of their customers. The owner knows each vehicle he sells and works hard to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied. If your in the market for a used vehicle avoid the big commercial dealerships and give VX a call they won't disappoint.

We had been looking to replace my fiance's tiny, aging pickup truck with a slightly larger one, with at least a back seat to fit our family of three as well as our 3 big dogs. We had looked on Craigslist and all the local used car dealers, and hadn't found anything that we liked that was also affordable. I was pleasantly surprised to hear about VX Automotive opening, right here in Round Rock where we live. I looked at their inventory and immediately saw that they have extremely competitive prices for the quality of vehicles they're selling, compared to any other local dealer. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I saw the perfect replacement pickup truck in their inventory - a mid-size pickup truck with a V8 engine, under 100K miles, and priced under $10K! Unheard of! I assumed something must be wrong with the truck - every other dealer was charging at least $12K and up for similar trucks. I sent my fiance' to test drive it, and he loved it. Other than some minor cosmetic issues that you'd expect in a 10-year-old truck, it was in immaculate shape. When I returned the following week to buy the truck as a surprise gift for my fiance', I was happy to be given an even more substantial discount on the price of the truck - the owners reduced the price to under $9K! Brian Olson, one of the VX Automotive owners and the one who helped me, was very kind, courteous, efficient, and professional. I was extremely happy with the overall experience I had with VX Automotive and have already recommended them to several of my friends. VX Automotive definitely should be a first stop for anyone looking to buy a used car or truck!
