Supply issues for common medication is going to happen, but I gave them a new insurance card from United and they couldn’t use it. They had me calling for bin number, rx group number, and pcn, then told me two variations of wait time from the same person. I feel like I did a lot and they haven’t.

Don't use this location for FedEx drop off. I dropped off my express packages well before the time listed on the website. I looked the next day and my packages were still at this drop off point 24 hours later. They Walgreens employee was zero help and when I asked why it wasn't picked up yesterday, his response was the fedex driver comes at different times.
Also, the staff when I was dropping off just stayed bunched up at one register instead of splitting up and helping people check out or at the photo department.

Worst pharmacy experiences. They are giving incorrect quantities of prescrips, likely to sell them on the side for extra money to buy weed, as the pharmacy constantly smells of Marijuana. Staff are rude and careless. switching to HEB.

Constant issues with my prescription being in stock, and the pharmacy techs I've talked to have all been rude. When calling, I'd suggest trying to speak directly to a pharmacist, they've generally been much more helpful.

The main woman at this pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. Without getting my information or what I needed, she got on the phone after another associate couldn't help and tried to gas light me. Turns out it's because the pharmacist who helped me before did not inform me of the necessary information I needed. Horrible customer service for something that could have taken just a few minutes of time to help be resolved. In a place of people feeling sick and others needing help, they definitely need to do better.

Not the pharmacy! I tried to get help printing pictures, the lady was not helpful. Plugged my phone to the kiosk but walked away , I said it's not working I need help , she mumbled something & never came back to help . The store was empty of customers so no clue why I couldn't get help. So I went to Walmart & got help and got my pictures

Mahan and Kristen went above and beyond helping me to find walgreens locations that had my hard to find prescriptions. I wouldn't have been able to get my meds today without them. They were so patient and helpful.

This store is not a real FedEx location it's just a drop-off location. Don't expect any helpful service from the staff. Better off just going to the FedEx location in the Target parking lot at La Frontera.

Simply the worst Walgreens. Customer service sucks. You will end up leaving in a bad mood no matter what you do there. I will continue to drive out of my way for better service.AVOID the 2650 Ranch Rd 620 location at all costs. You have been warned.I'm sure this location will get a lot of bad reviews since many neighbors feel the same way I do about this location. We will simply boycott until customer service improves.

It's typical Walgreens. Nothing negative about the store itself. Just hope someone read my review before using the FedEx drop portion. I walked into the store all happy with my package I needed to return. I got to the FedEx center (located in photo lab. It's marked.) Anyway I get there all eager with my handy dandy QR code FedEx sent me and No. At this location you have to print the label. Whaaaaa. No biggie. I did come back the next day and returned the package. The worker did tell me where I could go to return with the QR code but I opted not because I always pass this Walgreens on my way home. The other location is closer to my house but there is construction and I just prefer this spot. But with all these words print your FedEx label, no QR code. Workers were friendly and we even laughed at my encounter because I was all happy happy joy joy and then boom. I'm not. I'll still use them.

Came to this location to get some Allegra D because I'm extremely allergic to cedar this time of year and as I went to the back pharmacy desk they denied me because their system was "down" right after they had just sold some to a customer before me. Nothing was wrong with my ID or anything the employee looked like he didn't know what he was doing and didn't even care to ask his clear superior if there was a problem with the computer. Instead he simply denied me ALLEGRA D and told me to come back another time. I 100% do not recommend this store, awful service.

Super rude manager I believe she was helped me at the check out she seemed so irritated she had to be at work and was super annoyed I had a hard time getting my card right at the check out she rushed me and embarrassed me in front of the other customers the way she talked to me at the check out I left in tears thanks for making my already hard day with my husband in the hospital worse.
