Its always a quiet and easy shop in Walgreens. I’m able to-walk in and go get what I need, the aisles are clean and there is lil wait time. And some of them are always open. Cordial cashiers. I do like the reward points that add up.😉

This is specifically pharmacy-related (I’ve had successful photo experiences and found everything else I needed)…
It just sometimes seems like things aren’t smooth and easy in filling an Rx…not always the case! But enough. (NOT enough to move my Rx, though…not yet).
I often walk out of there having paid way more ($37 more in recent memory) than I did the previous month! (No insurance change.) But I have to have the medication, so then I pay up and then have to file a claim…which does then get paid but takes forever. I can’t do biz this way.
(Note: they should not be blamed for all the insurance hassles! They just don’t go the extra mile much and I do seem to have more issues there…and I don’t totally believe in coincidence.)
But…I do want to shout out to the STORE manager, Melissa Williams…you have to see a store manager - not a pharmacy manager - to get a past receipt for filing a claim (weird? I’ll remember to keep mine, though…my bad) but when I went to get one on 8/27/2025, Melissa was so sweet and got it for me really fast!
(I didn’t need to show ID, though…is that weird? I had all the info, though…date, Rx number, etc.) She was great.
There’s also an awesome pharmacist who has helped me but I’m having trouble with her name…Nasha?

I was extremely disappointed with a pharmacy tech. I received a message last night that a prescription was ready. When I came by via the drive, a pharmacy technician said it wasn’t ready bc a truck had just come in. I knew it was a lie because of the timestamp from the prior night. Since I felt the tech was being lazy, I decided to come inside the store. Once inside, I asked a different tech to check on the order. Within seconds he advised that the order was ready and checked me out. Even the bag was stamped from last night. I called her out in front of the pharmacist and her peers yet none of them cared. It was as if this was my fault for misunderstanding the situation. It’s disappointing to experience this after years of being a satisfied customer. I even brought this up to the front desk and received a limp response.

Bad customer service have been waiting over here for 10 minutes and they haven't helped me but they walked away from the cash register to be on their phone.

The rating is purely based off my Walgreens experience with a drop-off. I was treated like an inconvenience and non-human. The female cashier clearly did not want to help me. She asked me so many questions as if she was waiting for me to provide her an answer that would allow her to avoid helping me. There was a line building behind me and she ended up brushing me off because she had other customers to help. Her tone and demeanor was utterly without empathy and completely condescending. Another older female associate came to help and she was not that much better. She did provide me tape and she scanned my QR code which I appreciated, but she too, treated me without worth. It was an embarrassing experience and if they had told me to come back another day, I would have been better off going elsewhere. I never want to be that type of person described as a “Karen” but I was being as polite as I could, answering all their questions. I had been beyond embarrassed to a certain point where I felt being as nice as possible was no longer necessary. I may not have been a paying customer that day, but I have been countless times before and I will no longer be spending another dime or setting foot in this establishment. I suggest there be some training in proper human interaction with the FedEx dropoffs otherwise this shouldn’t be a service being provided here. At the end of the day, we’re all just trying to get by.

This is specified to the big tall white lady at the front register when you walk in. She looked at me like I was a criminal and didn't greet me but as I was shopping, However, I could hear her greet EVERY patron that walked in after me. I put back the things I was intending to purchase and went down the street to the CVS... where I was greeted with a smile.

Last night I went to pick up my products that I had ordered online, I went to the store because the curbside did not work, I went to the store to ask for my products, they were all but one, then the cashier went for the mananger, an arrogant woman, began to check my paper bags as if a package of toilet paper was not big enough, for her to see it, I asked her for missing product and my bank had already collected the total, she told me that insurance was pending and it was less the total, I said then give me a solution for a rain check that I can return she got so angry she put a receipt in my face, she took off her mask, she raised her voice, she started yelling at me, she humiliated me in front of everyone, it was the worst thing that had happened to me In life, it was humiliating, I want the district Mananger to see the cameras enero yesterday, January 5, at approximately 9:00 p.m. This woman has a wide body, with short hair I don’t remember her name and I think I no longer want to go back to buy here, all the medicine my family and my doctor's prescriptions I send to this pharmacy and most of my purchases are made here, because of this rude, moody and discriminating woman who has the position of manager? I would not want to return to not see her, She treated the friendly cashier badly and it is not the first time, but last night it was terrible.

This review is specifically for the Pharmacy Staff. I don't know how they remain open. Bad, bad service. Prescriptions can take two days to fill. They even forget to have delivery as previously been requested. I don't get it. It's going to worse to extra worse. Definitely will move my prescriptions somewhere else.

Developed my film here, and they gave me a CD with some random person's photos on it. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks for my photos. Go to Austin Camera & Imaging if you want an easier process. They put it on the cloud for you instead.

I never asked the person who gave us (my family and I) our vaccinations but he said something along the lines of “I don’t mean to brag but I think I’m pretty good at giving vaccinations” and he wasn’t wrong. I have a huge phobia of needles but he made it really quick and easy. I didn’t even feel anything. I wish I could shout him out but again I didn’t get his name. But would definitely recommend getting your Covid and Flu vaccines here, pharmacists were nice and made me feel reassured. 10/10 would recommend.

I was here on Monday and was going to look at the sunglasses. The display was such a mess I didn't even bother. Would it be that terribly difficult for an employee to straighten it up rather than just walking past it all day long? On the plus side, the woman who checked me out was pleasant. Otherwise, it would be 1 or 2 stars.

Had to print a poster for my brother’s graduation and the woman in photos who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my poster before I left the store in great quality. Thank you so much!!!
