I just went to Walgreens to my Christmas shop and knew that Edda is leaving Walgreens. I moved to TX 2 years ago and she was the first person to make me feel welcome here. It was a blast to se her every week. My kids love her. As I was saying goodbye to her, other 5 random costumers approach to do the same. She’s an institution and we will miss her so badly. The one star is to Walgreens to let someone so dearly to the costumes leave! My family wish all the happiness in the world to her.

***in response to the reply from Walgreens, I called the number, was transferred twice and all I got was a "sorry". Last time I use the pharmacy here.*** To be clear, this is directly related to the pharmacy. Every interaction I've had with other staff at Walgreens is phenomenal. Y'all need to get it together, waiting over an hour on hold to try and tell someone to not worry about insurance and I will pay for a prescription out of pocket. It's mind blowing that y'all would delay all my other prescriptions over one pending insurance approval, if y'all would just CALL, this would be a non issue. I am in desperate need of medication as I just had surgery and it looks like I won't be able to pick it up today unless I physically go into the store because YALL WONT ANSWER THE PHONE and now close at 8pm. I can't even drive and I'm relying on my husband to get these... Completely unacceptable. I will be moving everything over to CVS moving forward.

Every time I go into this particular WG a lady named Edda with a lovely German accent always greets me with a big smile and such a friendly out-going personality. I get one hour photos and she is always there to assist me. She has it together and always going that extra mile. In these unconventional days and chaotic times it's so darn pleasing to see such a positive individual. A very nice, clean, well stocked store. I use the Pharmacy there as well. Go in and say hi to her.

I know there's a huge turf war out there but I gotta tell you I'm team Walgreens. This Walgreens, however, is my store. First of all, it's very conveniently located near my house. But secondly, the employees are always very friendly here and I hardly have to wait anytime. This one's not as big as some of the other Walgreens, and that's just fine with me. It's always well organized and nicely stocked.

5-6 years ago this pharmacy was amazing. It's just gone downhill since then. The make technician is so rude. I can't believe they have technicians (not pharmacists) giving immunizations now. It's unacceptable. There people often have no education except to pass a technician test (very basic) and take a 2 hour class on how to give a shot? Unacceptable. The drive through is SO slow. Walgreens has gone from a place that cares about healthcare she patients, to a place that only cares about money. They are no better than Walmart OR CVS now. Sad.

Been coming to this pharmacy for 10 years and tonight was the last straw waited 30 mins while this idiot in front of me held up me and the cars behind me. Rather than tell this dip that she should come in I watched them help the 3 cars in the next line to the right. Totally unacceptable. I am no longer using this location and I suggest if you want any kind of customer service you do the same. No wonder they are closing locations. Beyond bad customer service.

I don't know what is going on with this pharmacy. I am having hard core issues just getting someone on the phone. Literally had to get insulin and they forgot half my order didn't have the needles ect. I was also going out of town so I had to make all these special arrangements to get the meds that I needed last min on the go. Resulting in a scary high blood sugar levels. That is straight up dangerous I haven't been receiving calls about meds being ready. This is just a train wreck. I am not sure whats going on here but this is simply not good. I'm so used to using walgreens, I don't want to switch but at this point it's getting way to horrible.

I come here for simple needs, but the day I came it was -196F according to the sign outside. I was very lucky to survive, but I grabbed some drinks, snacks, and flowers and made it home safely back to Jupiter when the temps average -162F ?? I also appreciate their always friendly customer service and clean store.

Generally love this chain but we have bought four things from here that turned out to be damaged or expired. They must not inspect their shelves or something. Feeding our toddler two kinds of medicine from there and one was expired the other was leaking from the bottom. I shook the bottle of ibuprofen and it leaked everywhere. Children's vitamin D was also expired.

New management at Walgreens on Red Bud Trail & Gattis School Road don't care about their customers. They have implemented new rules at this location which do not coincide with my Drs orders. Stephanie Roach & Monique Wood have decided customers cannot pick up medication refills when the Dr prescribes it. Instead of doing what other Walgreens locations do, they have arbitrarily decided customers cannot have medicine until 28 days from the last time it was physically picked up rather than 28 days from the last time it was filled....even if the Dr told them to fill it!! This is wrong! They should take into consideration that we were all recovering from the severe snowstorm that caused all kinds of delays. I called two other locations & they go by the last date it was filled & the Drs orders. I'm finding another pharmacy where customer care is priority. I suggest you do the same.
