I order 8x10 size photo print after three hours. I went to pick up after 15 minute. Wait on the counter person show up and says printer is not working so I am not able to print. I ask why nobody has inform that printer is not working by email or by text. This is my shift start just now, and I don’t have an answer. I can cancel if you want it. I said please cancel now The fun part is after two days. Someone call and they said we are not able to print your photos because we don’t have a printer working. I don’t understand what kind of system they are following. Cancel my order. Still, we have order in our system, we cannot print.

Staff is friendly! I’ve always had great experience at the drive through. And they’re pretty good about filling Rx on time and informing you when they’re ready.

I've been using this Walgreens for prescriptions for around 5 years, but lately have noticed a huge decline in customer service and efficiency.
I called in for a refill and their automated system gave me a choice of 4 different prescriptions for the same drug, even though I only have the one.
Not knowing which was the correct one I answered yes to all 4 hoping to get someone to look and it and decide which was the right one to give me. No chance - I just got a message that my doctor had refused the repeat as it was not yet due.
I visited the branch then and was told that they had tried to renew the wrong one and that the correct prescription would be ready the next day.
I called in again then and after waiting for half an hour was given a bag with the renewal, but when I got out to my car I looked inside and saw that there was only one small bottle instead of the 4 that should have been there.
I returned to the pharmacy and told them this, and the manager said that she should have told me that they were out of stock and the other 3 would be available within a few days.
I returned 2 days later for the remainder and was told that there was nothing else I could get as the prescription had already been filled according to the insurance company.
The manager then lied and told me that she had told me that I should have waited to pick up all the 4 bottles together to avoid this, when in reality she had never actually told me that the order was 3 bottles short. I eventually walked out with the balance of the 3 bottles as if they were doing me a big favor.
Today, a week later I got a text message from the manager to come in and pick up my prescription or it would be put back on the shelf.
When I sent my son in to see what was actually there, he was treated very badly even when he showed them the text message that it turns out was yet another screw up by the manager.
I'm completely done with this bunch of incompetent and rude time wasters and am switching all my family's prescriptions to CVS in future.
PS
About a week later I got yet another phone call from Walgreens asking me to come in and pick up my overdue prescription, or it would be put back into stock. My usual co-pay for prescriptions is $4, but the charge for this one was $243
I told them exactly where to put it back in stock!

The person working at the pharmacy counter was rude and incompetent. I tried to get a prescription filled using the VA's community care insurance, like I've done a dozen times before, and she argued that it wasn't possible and that they don't do that.
I've been going to this walgreens for almost 10 years. I'll be taking my business to a pharmacy that will fill my prescriptions and doesn't treat me like crap from now on.

Unfortunately Kasey from the pharmacy was absolutely rude. She was clearly irritated prior to our interaction. Working in medical is rough, it’s busy, I know. But it’s unfortunate to have someone working in the pharmacy with this attitude running on emotions.

Come for your prescription, stay for...AN ETERNITY! I waited nearly 20 total minutes in the drive-thru for my prescription. It took nearly 10 minutes for a pharmacist to finally acknowledge me. I would bump my rating up if a timely acknowledgement were given at least (apparently, that's too much to ask for). Do yourself a favor, and get your prescription filled at the Walgreens in Hutto.

Never going back to this pharmacy. Terrible experience today. I went today at about 6:30 p.m. I saw spanish speaking customer practically yelled at. He did not understand when to return to pick up his medication and the pharmacist was very frustrated. Walgreens should have bilingual staff available especially regarding prescriptions. My personal experience was not very great. We were picking up a prescription for my husband. We had the same poor service and attitude. The whole time we felt like we were bothering the pharmacist. We didn’t even feel like we could ask questions about side effects. I’d rather call the doctor. The pharmacist stated she was just trying to get done with one task at a time and leave before 4:00 am.... they close at 9:00 pm. I get people have long days, we had a long busy day. We were coming at the end of a work day. But why is the customer experiencing this, this is a Walgreens staffing concern. NOT THE CUSTOMER. I am just trying to get the medication we need for our health and go on with my day. I will be going to another location and will call corporate with my experience.
