Thanks to Cory A for his help with photos! I was in a bit of a rush and came to this location to have my photo taken for an appointment that was coming up. Cory came up to me and said he can help me out, and in five minutes I walked out of the store with my photos. I really appreciated how Cory cared about my situation and went above and beyond to help me. Next time I will give myself a buffer but for now, thanks to this location and Cory!

I talked to someone this morning about my medication that I haven’t picked up yet (they filled it way to early, and I can’t just go any day of the week. It has to be a weekend) I have to have it daily and they said it was still there and I could get it today. I said okay, I’ll be there this evening before close, and was told that would be alright and they would keep it for me. After loading a newborn, and a 2 year old in the car, get there before close and was told, incredibly rudely by the way, that “I should have been there earlier and that I would need to refill it tomorrow” . The lady then proceeded to roll her eyes and literally slammed the door shut. My toddler has better manners the she does. I have not had a rude encounter in a very long time, but this lady was the absolute worst ever. And I’m sure this is not just a one time thing, as I have heard other stories of this location. None of this would have been an issue if they would have just told me this morning that I had to be there by a specific time, or that I needed to refill it. I would have been there sooner. Needless to say I will not be using them anymore. Fortunately, H-E-B is just right down the street cause they would NEVER act like that.

There is a very unprofessional pharmacist name Laura ( hopefully the manager gave us the correct name) who is not assisting with safety questions and concerns but also violating HiPAA by loudly naming out (customer) patient’s medications for everyone to hear rather than going to a private window to discuss patient’s requests ; she has done this multiple times. Laura has also yelled at pharmacy technicians in front of customers and stomping off as if having a child tantrum (extremely unprofessional) . She also attempts to diagnose the customer rather than honor the request of the patient (customer) . Laura you are not the customer’s doctor. The customer also asked for a name to the pharmacist and she whispered “ I can’t do that” “ I can’t give you her name” ( she appeared very frightened of Laura). Later the manager of Walgreens did give the name. Due to past issues with this same pharmacist the customer had requested an advocate to assist her due to a recent problem with a Laura .Customer has not once ever had issues at this location until recently (2 months) with Laura. The customer is elderly and Laura has no respect for honoring not only customer questions but basic customer service—which are safety questions and concerns. Btw this pharmacist also took it upon herself to transfer out the customers whole medication list without permission from the customer. trying to force this customer to transfer to another Walgreens pharmacy ( why Laura ??) No Laura you need to transfer out. The customer has been with Walgreens for years. If you can not do your job go back to training. This unprofessional attitude “pharmacist” spent more time arguing and trying to diagnose than answering a question that was suggested by another “Walgreen's pharmacist from a different location. Yuck bye

During a reason issue with a prescription the Pharmacy staff worked really hard to make sure I had my Rx. They were friendly, professional, and caring.

The service here has gone downhill and it’s sad to see. Terrible customer service, long wait times and that all if they ever decide to answer the phone (they rarely do)
