The cashier who helped me was so kind and helpful. She made me aware that I had two accounts and did the research to make sure I was using the account attached to my coupons. Just went above and beyond. It’s such a clean and organized store too.

I've been coming to this location for years, staff and managers when I first became a regular were very nice and helpful. In the past, visits have not been very well. Managers and staff are very rude. I'm not sure what happened; I will not be coming back after my last few visits.

I was in the drive thru line today for the pharmacy. There was a red car in front of me being serviced. When the red car drove away and as I pulled up to the window, the pharmacy attendant was pulling a shade down which stated the pharmacy was closed for a lunch break. How rude to not at least service the car that had been waiting prior to your closure. Not good customer service at all.

Brianna at this location’s photo department knows her stuff and is extremely friendly and helpful! It’s a great place to print photos and order photo products like holiday cards. I got basically no customer service at the previous Walgreens I tried but at this one, Brianna saved my day.

Is the small neighborhood store so the parking is almost always in front of the door that people are friendly if you don't know where something is they'll tell you and they know and everything is easy to find. The story is never overcrowded come you get through the cashier fairly quickly within 5 minutes or so but as everywhere else the prices are going up and Walgreens is decently high in some areas

My husband was in a real bind having run out of a major medication that he takes. I called the pharmacy and talked to the pharmacist. Even though they were within a couple of hours of closing time she went the extra mile and got us a couple of days of his medicines while we waited for the prescription to arrive by FedEx the next day. This got him through until his prescription arrived. I could not have asked for a more compassionate or caring, professional. Absolutely above and beyond. It meant so much to us. He would’ve had a miserable night and part of the next day in misery without his medication. The staff in the pharmacy when I went to pick it up or very helpful and very nice. Very professional and caring.

Terrible service in Pharmacy today. The Pharmacist was very RUDE!! They were closing for lunch (which I did not realize) and I asked for my script. I apologized that I did not see they were going to lunch. Pharmacist rushed me out of there and told tech to close their blind for lunch. (10/12/24) might want to talk to her about customer service skills.

Don't shop at this Location! They do not provide the same services as other locations such as price match on products from the app. Also, they seem to not care about customers service and have poor hygiene.

I came to go pick up some meds, and the pharmacy appeared closed. The sliding pharmacy door indicated that the pharmacy would normally be open this time (Friday at 1:50). I asked the cashier at the front, who did not appear to be in uniform, and was not wearing a name badge. She said they are closed for lunch 1:30-2:00. I said okay thank you. She checks me out and gives me an attitude. There was no customer service etticate present. I then start walking back to the pharmacy to wait the 10 minutes. Then I hear her loudly complaining about me to another employee as I walk away. Saying, "I don't know WHY we have to keep telling these people when there is a GIANT sign over there." I thought that was quite rude as I was in earshot, and she was speaking very loudly. There was no giant sign and the sign on the door does not indicate a lunch in the hours.

I went to this Walgreens to drop off a FedEx package. I had already packed, sealed and placed a label and sleeve on the package. Waited at the photo/FedEx counter for a bit. No one came so I went to the cashier. She pointed at a guy stocking the fridge by the check out counter and said "he can help you with that". It was the same guy that walked right last me at the counter. Thought he was a customer. I handed him the package and he said "I can't wait until we stop doing this". The cashier mumbled "yeah". I immediately lost confidence that my package would be taken care of. I said I can take it somewhere else. He said "no, that's alright I got it" and took the package and scanned it. Bad attitude.

Multiple negative experiences refilling my medications the staff working in the pharmacy has never been helpful happily transferring my RX's to a different pharmacy today
