Had prescription transferred over since it was the only location that was in stock. Confirmed it was in stock and received text and call that it was ready to be picked up. Get to counter and told that it's out of stock but they do have it but will take 15 minutes to fill. This seems like the basic function of their inventory system is not working.

Poor customer experience, they stopped carrying medications, and you have to wait. When mistakes are made, they no longer assist you like they used to by calling the doctor and working with them to settle things. Transfer over to HEB Pharmacy since they do carry all my meds in stock. I am not blaming them for the supply chain issues currently happening. They order from their warehouse. To add, some of them make an effort and they are good people. They seemed short-staffed and poorly resourced. It is corporate, the leaders are not putting their people first. Who in turn would be happy, and a happy worker is a good worker. It's the front line of your revenue, Walgreens. Then you're wondering why you are not able to buy that extra cup holder in your jet.

This was a quick place to pull in and get what I needed the store was clean the service was quick and I was able to get in and get out quickly

NEVER HAVE YOUR MEDS FOR RX! SOME RUDE LADY IS ALWAYS THERE AND ALWAYS NEVER WANT TO CALL OTHER PLACE SINCE THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT TO GET MEDS! LAZY INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE THERE AND CANT STAND HAVING TO DEAL WITH THEM! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

This store is not a real FedEx location it's just a drop-off location. Don't expect any helpful service from the staff. Better off just going to the FedEx location in the Target parking lot at La Frontera.

Don’t walk but RUN to a different pharmacy. The technicians have uncontrollable attitude problems, and they have ZERO urgency to help their customers. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen any of them SMILE on the job. I highly recommend Quick Pharmacy on hwy 79. Quick Pharmacy CARES and they go above and beyond to help their patients. They do not make you feel like just another prescription out the door. Don’t even get me started on the WAIT time when you call the Walgreen’s pharmacy (I’m talking 15-20 minutes!!! You might as well drive up there). It’s always a horrible experience when I come to this Walgreen’s location. Never again.

This is the worst managed Walgreens in the area. The store manager, Briana B, makes random rules and refuses to accept FedEx packages that meet the weight and size requirements.This is the third time we have faced such problems. If you have a FedEx drop off or any FedEx related work, please take it elsewhere.

Simply the worst Walgreens. Customer service sucks. You will end up leaving in a bad mood no matter what you do there. I will continue to drive out of my way for better service. AVOID the 2650 Ranch Rd 620 location at all costs. You have been warned. I'm sure this location will get a lot of bad reviews since many neighbors feel the same way I do about this location. We will simply boycott until customer service improves.

The female technicians are rude, and cannot comprehend common knowledge. They should go work at McDonalds. The pharmacist is the only competent employee there.

This pharmacy is consistently rude and unhelpful. I just sat in line for 20 minutes only to pull up to the window and have the screen pulled down in my face and then have someone tell me through the screen that the pharmacist had already left for the day. At 6:01pm. You cannot seriously expect me to believe the pharmacist walked out at exactly 6:00pm.

It's typical Walgreens. Nothing negative about the store itself. Just hope someone read my review before using the FedEx drop portion. I walked into the store all happy with my package I needed to return. I got to the FedEx center (located in photo lab. It's marked.) Anyway I get there all eager with my handy dandy QR code FedEx sent me and No. At this location you have to print the label. Whaaaaa. No biggie. I did come back the next day and returned the package. The worker did tell me where I could go to return with the QR code but I opted not because I always pass this Walgreens on my way home. The other location is closer to my house but there is construction and I just prefer this spot. But with all these words print your FedEx label, no QR code. Workers were friendly and we even laughed at my encounter because I was all happy happy joy joy and then boom. I'm not. I'll still use them.
