Excellent pharmacy staff. Great location and they are always very helpful and friendly.
Cleide, Shannon in the pharmacy and the pharmacist manager Dorothy are excellent. They once again went above and beyond to help me with my prescriptions and insurance. I am very grateful. Thank you.

Just wanted to give a big Thank you to Catherine for being so kind and informative. I know I had came in close to closing time. And to the Spanish lady that was rude when all I said was I couldn’t understand what she was saying. There was no need to walk off with an attitude. Luckily Catherine came over and was so sweet from start to finish it was just a mix up on my address which was an easy fix. Just a friendly reminder it cost zero dollars to just be nice. Just wanted to make sure Catherine got the recognition she deserves!

This was the 3rd time that I've been here to get the same prescription. All 3 times were close to closing. This time Angela in the pharmacy told me they didn't have it. Made several excuses as to why they didn't have it, then offered to fill it when I started to complain. 7:15pm Monday 2-3-25

Folks are helpful, personable, and pleasant. The store is very bright and clean. Everyone in pharmacy is accommodating and knowledgeable.

Shannon, Cleide, Nazanin, Katherine and Dorothy run an excellent pharmacy. We actually drive out of our way to come to this location because of the quality of service, friendliness, and consistent professionalism. The folks at this pharmacy genuinely care about the patients they serve. Thank you!

They will tell you your perscription is ready multiple times only for you to arrive with it not even being available. This has happened more than five times. This place is a joke

To the gentlemen from last night that misinformed me and didn't provide customer service correctly please ensure that you follow up on your training and don't waste people's time with false information if you don't know something. To the lady this morning thank you for guiding me to other branches that would be able to provide what I needed. Walgreens please ensure to train your staff correctly it's their job to know their knowledge of services and products.

I left a negative review for this pharmacy 2 months ago and somehow it was deleted! Not sure how that can happen! So this pharmacy regularly changes their tune as to what they need from drs to authorize a prescription refill on ADHD meds. I’m not surprised, you call and wait forever for them to pick up only to put you on hold, six times, then hang up on you! I’m not the only one my drs office tried to call as well and what used to be ok for the nurses of the drs to relay a drs wishes is suddenly not good enough! This medicine is for my disabled child and the Dr goes on vacation in a month and wants our daughter to try a higher dose to see if we need to adjust back down before she leaves on her vacation. I’m honestly not surprised, and more than likely that’s crap they’re just using as an excuse to not do their job!!! I’m agreeing with other consumers I think it’s time to go to HEB pharmacy, Sam’s Pharmacy, or CVS as Walgreens and especially this location seems to be going downhill!! It’s amazing how when I called I was just told the dress office meds to call but when the office calls they’ll now (and the Drs office confirmed they’ve always been able to relay the Drs wishes before) they suddenly will only talk to the Dr themselves! What Dr has time for this, they see the patients their staff help by taking care of these thongs for the Drs!! I’d be extremely shocked if this is a legit requirement!

After the last 3 days, I'm done with this pharmacy. Any pharmacy has to be better than Walgreens. They've price gouged everything in the store, too. They have the worst rewards program. With the CVS discount membership, you can buy your stuff for almost nothing. I'm ready to cut ties for good.

This is for pharmacists. Everyone is rude overstressed and very backed up. Look like raccoons with eyes bulging out . Lady who doesn’t speak English well throws her hands up in air frustrated.Know wonder they closing stores down. Very bad service and rude avoid at all costs .

Very disappointing service on this Pharmacy. If you can avoid this, please transfer your prescriptions for HEB or any other CVS. The people on this pharmacy should be working with chickens or horses, it's amazing that they have the license to work with people. In special the worker on shift today 06/19/2024.
