It's nothing worse than calling a store prior to going there, for help , service, or products and you get there and they can't deliver, don't have the product, and lack customer service for their mess up... I let the fist time slide which was like 3 weeks ago in regards to my banner, but no other cheek today , this is the second time I was over promised something, drive to the store and they fail to deliver!! If someone is taking the time to call you first, it's because they don't have time to waste, yet here we are wasted time!!! This Walgreens is below average, like OMG... These stores / big chains coop need to start paying so they can afford quality worker with accurate info and or service, or just shut it down at this point!! 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

Always a nice clean store and right next to my doctors; which is located in the same building. So.. it's very convenient for me to p/u my prescriptions all in one same trip! 🙏

I like to use the Drive-Thru at Walgreens. It’s very Convenient and easy.,The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

i pulled into this pharmacy's drive through like 5 minutes before they closed.. we had just seen an after-hours doctor for our daughter and needed a prescription. initially, when i spoke to them, they told me that they only just received the prescription (totally true) and it wouldnt be ready until the next day (completely understandable).. But when i asked if there was something else i might get over the counter that could help my kiddo out that night, they went above and beyond, staying late and filling my kids prescription so we could get her some immediate relief. They didnt have to do that, really shows their empathy.. As long as i live in Round Rock, this is now my only pharmacy, thanks again you guys.

The lady in the photo shop is so very nice it made my day her name is TASHIA!!!! So if you need photos done in the photo shop ask for TASHIA..

They were more concerned with talking to each other rather than doing their job. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was really unprofessional.

arrived up for a 245 appt at 240 had to wait for over thirty minutes while the techs tried to get the pharmacist to help and he kept saying yeah in a minute while doing clerical/computer work. How is that more important than someone suffering who just needs a test so they can get back home?He should be embarrassed but the other people back there with him tried to get us helped.

Worst photo experience ever! We dropped some 35mm film off to be developed. The associate gave us the pick up date (a week later) and we left. We come back a week later and the associate said, "oh I'm sorry we forgot to mail it off, but it went out today. Please come back in about a week and a half because of the Christmas and New Year's holiday ". We come back and speak with the manager who was managing the photo desk at the time and she said that they didn't have the photos. She said that they were "sold" but we never picked them up. They lost precious memories! Do NOT trust these people with your photos. The manager didn't say sorry or even have any sympathy for losing our photos. Her name was Kanta Williams and she needs some extra training on how to deal with situations like this. She has the worst customer service attitude ever!

I had never had issues filling my prescriptions until I switched to this pharmacy. We switched because my insurance stopped working with CVS. It has been nothing but a headache.I have a prescription for 75 mg. However, the medication does not come in 75 mg pills. So, I am prescribed a 25mg and a 50 mg pill. The pharmacy is refusing to fill the 50 mg prescription, so I have been taking 3 25mg, which is going to mess up my prescriptions further. They are stating it was transferred too many times (?). It is an SSNRI, which is not an abused medication and I cannot miss doses.They also refused to fill one of my medications because they stated I picked it up early too many times (untrue). Also not a controlled medication or an abused medication. Did not make any sense. Went home and looked at my insurance and turns out the pharmacy had filled the prescription a few days prior and just failed to notice that it was on the shelf. Because of this, I lost two nights of sleep because I did not have my sleep medication. Life is hard enough and my medications are essential, not optional. I have taken them as directed every day since they were prescribed. After years of filling with CVS with not a single issue, I have had a tremendous amount of stress over the past week trying to get my medication. Very disappointed with this pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is incompetent, lazy, rude and slow. Instead of looking for ways to help the customer they look for reasons to do as little as possible. The attitudes are unbelievable.

I get my prescriptions and live near there. I had prostate surgery two days before. Without going into sordid detail, when I removed the cath, problems ensued, and I needed Depends for the first time in my life. Gah! My son and neighbor were gone so I checked out their delivery option online, where it states you can get orders in an hour. That's not the case. On commercials where they tout that service, the smiling delivery guy is in Walgreens gear. I called the store and was informed they indeed don't deliver but a third party will. So I got shuffled to the manager, Corey. After I explained my situation, he said he got off at 2 and would deliver what I needed personally. That's going above and beyond. I decided to time driving there between "problems" and picked up what I needed and thanked Corey for his offer. Much appreciated.
