Been here waiting for 40 minutes for someone to help me. I’ve asked like 4 people already and their response is “someone will be there shortly”. Bakery and staff are horrible.

The actual cake and cupcakes turned out beautifully and tasted great! However, it seems that the bakery is understaffed or spread too thin, which can result in waiting for 20 minutes to get someone on the phone or at the bakery counter to pick up the cake, which is very inconvenient in general, but especially on party day.

I have been sitting here for 20 minutes!!! Where are the workers!?!?! Where is the bakery!?!?!? TERRIBLE SERVICE.
