I don't think low star reputation matters since Walmart is expected to be low quality shopping. Employees scarce and over worked. Registers are always a pain to use and have long lines.

I am getting quite frustrated with the receipt check at the door. I pay for my items they are bagged and I don't want to wait another door check, especially with a door man speaking loudly mam mam mam as I am exiting the store with my paid for and bagged items. I dare one of them to approach me and say may I see your receipt and accuse me of shop lifting. I will have walmarts bottom. Just saying I ring up my items I bag my item and now u want me to stand in a line and wait for them to check your receipt when u leave the store. OK now I am going to HEB

This store is very busy, they never have any or just 1 human checkouts. Hard to find any help and can never find the price of any item that's not food. They took out the price check scanners and said to use our phone app to check price, we'll guess what my phone doesn't always work in certain areas of this store. I believe the Round Rock store is poorly managed and I have been driving to the Hutto store, it's worth the drive and way less aggravation.

I always have a pretty positive experience at Walmart. Last night it was near closing and I was very tired and had a bad knee injury and had to use the mobility scooter for the first time. The guy at the door took time to show me how it worked.
As I was going through the self check out, I wish I knew the woman's name who helped me check out because she was like my angel last night. It would have taken me forever to check out because of the fog and pain I was in. She just appeared and checked out my groceries in a matter of minutes and helped me bag up. She had also come to my aid while shopping to guide me to where I needed to go. She truly made my life so much easier. I'm sure the folks who were in line behind me appreciated her too. Wherever you are, thank you so much and bless you!
Also, the officers that were at the door were really kind as I left the store. Lots of good vibes!

Don’t use Walmart delivery! They are deliberately sending used beauty, health, and hygiene products that were previously purchased and returned. Over 14 items I’ve ordered from lotion, to lipstick, makeup, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. have arrived opened and clearly used. You can call for a refund but you’ll be on hold for 45+ minutes.
I then learned from others that they store them and when they get delivery orders they fill from that to reduce their losses. Most people who order online do so because they don’t have time to go to the store so the likelihood that you’ll return it is slim.
Also, for grocery orders they send out products that are close to or have already expired. Please look at your food dates before consuming.

Good selection of goods as always in a Walmart but I must admit the entrance area was dirty and I didn't feel safe on the carpark
