Whoever is managing the wal mart curbside pick up please help these young kids out. I waited in parking spot 20 for 30 minutes called spoke to a young man on the phone he said he would bring my order out. It took forever I have a very fussy one year old and I can't be waiting this long. That's why I do curb side pick up. I had to come back again and it's still taking 30 minutes the boy said he's the only one here and I understand but I don't think they understand I also have a child and I can't be in the car this long. Need I remind you I only ordered ONE ITEM. Terrible.

Honestly if I could, this store wouldn't even get one star. I've called the main number twice to speak to an employee period, no answer, and then electronics twice with no answer so here goes. While at the store in the electronics section deciding which phone cover to buy, my husband and I witnessed a verbal altercation between two employees. One, an older black woman, the other a younger Hispanic woman. The Hispanic woman, who had the keys to the electronics, stopped for two seconds to answer a question and get the phone case out. This immediately ticked off the older black woman who complained that she had been waiting for ten minutes ( AS AN EMPLOYEE) to get a tv. The Hispanic woman, who explained she was only stopping for a second, then had to tell the other woman not to speak to her in the rude way she responded. Come to find out, the young lady got in trouble. For what?; helping a customer? I will continue to try to call to get this to management but if they keep refusing to answer the phone ( I live about 40 mins away) there isn't really much other that I can do for this young woman.

I actually like this Walmart and the one on Parmer Ln better than the Norwood location. I literally walked in and out, didn't have to wait over an hour in line to check out.

What's with all the self check out lanes they have installed? There are very few checkers. I feel that if we have to cheek out and bag our products ourselves then we should get a discount on our purchases . I know that won't happen because it defeats their purpose of doing away with cashiers and cutting cost. It's so wrong for the employees and consumers!!!!!! We get screwed by greedy Walmart .

They thought I was stealing lol, the employees that are there are rude. It's a 24 hour store and they close down the beauty area. No hospitality there.

This is to review the best customer service that I have ever had at Walmart. I was on a quest for the Oculus Quest today, and it was sold out within 200 miles of Austin. As I was passing by a Walmart in Round Rock, I got an email alert (I had signed up for email alerts for Oculus) that they just received four units. I pulled in and went straight to the electronics section in the back of the store. I was greeted with a smile by a lady named Eron. I told her that their website shows that they just received four Quest units and she walked me over to the case where they are displayed. Nothing was in there. She double checked the inventory list via her mobile and quickly disappeared into the back. She came back a few minutes later (again with the same smile that never left her face) carrying two large boxes. She said the units were sitting on the truck in the back. She took them out of the packing box, rang up my order, and made my day. Thank-you Eron!!! The Waltons need to give you Christmas bonus!!!

I went to the self checkout line with about 18 items. One of the items my ergonomic mouse did not scan. I asked the check to fix it. Clear the screen error. The clerk then rolled her eyes because I was buying healthy items and not crap food. Also because I was over the checkout limit. Its not my fault the clerks at the registers are incompetent and slow. I checked out all my items in 5 minutes compared to normal slow checkout.

Horrible walmart!! My Daughter and I were looking at the Halloween stuff where a few employees were horsing around and being silly. They knocked my daughter into a shelf. They didnt even apologize or ask her if she was ok. They laughed and said "I'm sure you get more hits than that in soccer." Because she was wearing her soccer uniform from a game we just left. As annoyed as I was I shrugged it off and we walked away. (Things happen, accidents happen) but then I realized 5 minutes later my daughter was BLEEDING. You need better employees. Not these children working. Let's not forgot how nasty your store is. We never go to this Walmart considering we live in Georgetown but we were out and about and thought "why not stop at this walmart." BIG MISTAKE. Never again....

Went to Walmart the first time to get my oil change on my 2016 Nissan Altima. On my way driving it home the engine started jerking so I took it to AutoZone and they told me that my transmission fluid was empty. They marked That the fluid was checked and when I went back to confront them they said they do not check that - perhaps they should have told me prior to getting in oil change. Keep in mind my vehicle is BRAND NEW 60k miles on it now is in the trash. Thank you Walmart.

The auto-center is sub par in terms of customer service and time concerns. Rarely open on time - they wait until they're supposed to be open before setting up the shop forcing customers to wait another 10-15 minutes without acknowledgement. Sometimes they don't open on time because technicians call in. Allow for a large margin of flexibility in time if you visit this location. Arriving when they open helps a little bit but due to their inefficiency may end up waiting just as long as if you had shown up during the middle of the day. I come here because I purchased a tire with warranty and this is the closest location with a tire center to my home. Won't be purchasing another tire from here. Spent the extra money and get the whole package (including good customer service) elsewhere. Update: Back again to get the tire fixed (finally). They weren't open on time again, this time due to being sent to open with the wrong keys! On a positive note, please seek out Tyler. He's amazing and seemingly the only competent technician on site. If Tyler isn't working, come back when he is. I'm 100% serious. Second update: Manager Anthony made us whole after discussing the entire issue with him. Store manager Paige has also been made aware of the issues with the automotive center. Only time will tell if the customer experience improves going forward. NOTE of clarification: According to the manager, the automotive center has to wait for a manager to open the garage before they can service customers. This is why they're never open when they're scheduled to be. Until management changes this practice, there will always be a wait in the morning.

The worst customer service in the world. I went to self check out. The register they sent me to the scale was broken. The lady insisted I had to go all the way to the back of the line since the scale didn't work. She didn't seem to understand I had already came through line. It will be my last time shopping here.

Disappointed once again. Oil change took 3 hours even though we got there at 8am when they opened. There was only two people working for oil changes and tires. It's probably extra hard on them only having a couple people also.

Having needed to pick up a couple snacks on a whim, I opted to run into Walmart. It was meh at best but I've experienced way worse. Parking sucks. It's the worst I've seen, mainly because people don't seem to know how to drive nor do they care that pedestrians should have the right of way. Inside, it's better but not by much. For a packed parking lot, it wasn't too busy and it was easy to maneuver through the aisles while on the hunt for snacks. Check out was bitter sweet. It was sweet because the line for the "20 items or fewer" lane was incredibly short -- usually, this is the longest lane in the store whenever I go -- but it was incredibly bitter because of the lifelessness of the kid behind the register. Good god he was depressing! The store as a whole seemed clean but the outside could use some love.

Picture this, it is Sunday and a crap ton of shoppers flock to Walmart, but there are only 3 registers open...?????? Why? Who manages this place and why are they still manager? Poor planning I will just go to Target.
